I placed an order on my mobile app for pickup from my McDonalds at 1698 Us Rte 209, Brodheadsville PA yesterday. Upon receiving my food, I opened my Big Mac box to find the top patty had what looked like bites taken out of it. I took pictures of the patty and called the store, and they claimed that the burger could have gotten stuck on the grill and broke, resembling bite marks. Regardless if my patty had bite marks or if it was scraper damage, half of the patty was missing, and I was too repulsed to eat the burger. The store had me drive back in and get another burger which was inconvenient, especially since I had to wait 20 minutes to get my initial burger. I am very disappointed in the quality and service at this location.

This place is a joke and poorly managed. I place an order on the app and drove there to pick it up at the drive thru. Was about a 10 minute drive. Once I got to the windows to pick up my food I was told it wasn’t ready and to pull forward and wait. I then waited and watched 5 cars behind me get there food until I decided to park and go inside to see what was going on. When I said I had been waiting on my food from the drive thru the lady said they were making it fresh. I waited 20mins till I got my 2 breakfast sandwiches. What is the point of ordering thru the app if they don’t start making it until you get there? I will say that the lady did say “Sorry it took so long” .. …. So you know that made everything ok and gave me my time back. This place needs to work on being better.

A fast food restaurant that is actually fast. I was very surprised how in and out I was here. The food was hot, the cashier was quick and my food was done in seconds. Will definitely go back if I’m craving McDonald’s as it’s the best one in the area. Overall super great speed and that plus decent food outrank anything for me.

I placed my order on the mobile app, which appeared 10 minutes later. However, I still had to wait for my food. I was instructed to park in the reserved parking spot for drive-through since my order wasn’t ready. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, I parked there and waited for my food. This is supposed to be a fast-food restaurant, but it took me this long to get my food. If I had known this, I could have simply gone to a regular restaurant and ordered real food.

We ordered 3 meals upon getting our drinks and food we took a sip and notice the sodas were flat and tasted horrible We went around the restaurant to return the sodas for new ones .
The manager looked bothered that the girl at the window told her we wanted new sodas.so they have us new sodas which were still flat .they didn’t check the machines to see if the tanks that do the mix maybe needed to be replaced. So we just took it and left , but if it happens again I will ask for to exchange them its your money the food n drinks should be right

It was quick.
Free off street parking lot.
Building was clean and well maintained.
To pay the clerk put the card reader outside so I could put my own card in the machine.
Safe I guess?
Food was typical McDonald’s food. Good
Warm. Not Hot.
Had #9 Large with a Diet Coke.
2 Cheeseburgers and FF
And a LG Soda.

God awful food at horrendous prices. I spent a pretty penny and didn’t even ask for an unreasonable amount of sauces in the app. The associate informed her manager said she wouldn’t fill the sauces order. Charging as much as you do, three extra sauces won’t break the franchise owner. Up your game here because you have horrid reviews.

There is a serious health hazard at this restaurant. The soda has had a very strong rotten egg like taste and smell for over a month. I have reported to the store, to corporate, and to the PDA however the problem remains unsolved. Several other customers in a local online FB group have reported the same problem. I will not return to this location until they remedy their drinks.
