I’m diabetic I had to order the Royal crispy chicken sandwich. The cashier was very friendly and very nice. She explained everything that I asked with a smile. The food was hot and delicious. I finally found a place that listened and had friendly service. Thank you so much. So many fast food establishments hire employees that just want to collect a paycheck. It was super nice to have a Burger King be so different.

THIS IS THEE SLOWEST BURGER KING I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. If you’re in a hurry, and you think “Well I’m starving, I am just ordering 1 eight piece nugget and there’s not a line in the drive through, it shouldn’t take too long” well think again!!! It literally took me 30 mins, after getting skipped in one of the two lanes in the drive-through TWICE, to get 1 eight piece nugget. And this isn’t the first time that it’s taken 20-30 minutes in the drive-through to get our food. It happens all the time. But unfortunately I HAVE to come here because my son is autistic and Burger King chicken nuggets is THEEEE ONLY meat he’ll eat. Otherwise I would NEVER come here, but I can hopefully save some people the trip/frustration by letting you know THEY SUCK! And they know they suck and they are unapologetic about it.

Pulled up to the drive through at 930pm. No response for 10 minutes. Pulled up to the window where I saw the guy on his phone. He looks up at me and ignores me. I dont know if they were having a bad day, but there is 0 reason ever to treat a customer like that. Ill be sticking to the other chains nearby for a while. Unacceptable level of service. Not even a hello, or 1 second by the time I left at 945

My impossible Whopper Patty with super thin and dry, the top bun was dry and I think toasted, it seemed a bit old. I normally enjoy getting the impossible Whopper sometimes I do get them cold in the middle but they have never been dry like this one was on 122nd and division…..

I was pleasantly surprised to walk in this Burger King and receive excellent customer service. I was also promptly served a a nice warm Whopper with Cheese and hot fries the way it was supposed to be. Props to this location for maintaining the high standards that all Burger Kings should maintain.

The staff at Burger King deserves applause. Friendly, efficient, and eager to assist, they elevated the burger experience. It’s evident that the team values customer service.

However, the food itself left much to be desired. The offerings were mediocre at best, falling short of the expectations one might have for a fast-food giant. It left me with the impression that the focus might be slipping from the quality of the menu.

The downfall didn’t stop there. The marketing and overall appearance of the Burger King I visited could use a serious makeover. The ambiance and visual appeal were lacking, giving off an outdated vibe. It’s clear that attention to aesthetics and modern marketing strategies could significantly improve the overall customer experience.

Waited as every employee and manager ignored 5 of us waiting to order. The entire restaurant was filled with burnt fry oil smog. The manager just walked back and forth doing absolutely nothing to assist anyone.
Dont expect any form of customer service. ( -5) out of( 10) rating

This Was My 1st Stop In Oregon! Always Excited For My #Vegan Impossible Whopper When Traveling Restroom Access Is Protected With Electronic Locks For Customer Safety & Restroom/Lobby Was Clean. The Only Issue Was That Found Mayo On My Burger When I Reached My Destination 35 Later.

Unacceptable service! Lobby was just filthy. Three cashiers sanding around doing nothing. After a few minutes one of them comes by “What do you want”. While placing my order my cashier is talking to other workers “i don’t care, I’m taking my lunch” and back and forth. Asked her what size do meals come with the price on the menu but of course she wasn’t paying attention to me so i had to repeat my self and raise my tone a bit to get her attention. We had to look for a table that wasn’t with ketchup, mayo etc. We had to clean our own table so we could sit. They witnessed us doing this. Finally the order was called. Here are the same three workers still chatting. Crispy chicken sandwich was dry, fries cold and saggy. This place is near by and usually on my way to work, stores etc. Very disappointed. I know that i can get the same food for the same price els where and unfortunately we’re going to take that other choice. In my opinion management failed to mange this store not the employees. It was obvious that lack of training of basic costumer service skills were not taught.
