Never again will I eat at Popeyes. Ordered a 3 piece and the pieces of chicken are so small it’s sad I will NEVER recommend them and will tell people to go someplace else and spend the crap ton of money it cost to get 3 tiny pieces of over cooked chicken this is unacceptable. Also can anyone see the problem with my mash potatoes and gravy?

Waiting 20+ minutes for a spicy chicken sandwich on my lunch break is the reason for this review. Do better popeyes. People come through the drive thru to get a quick lunch if I wanted to wait more than 5 minutes I would have ate inside.

Just ordered pickup for tonight’s dinner and I was very disappointed . I got the spicy 8 piece family meal and the flavor was not on par with how Popeyes is supposed to be . Lack of salt and spices just tasted like dry chicken , half of the pieces were fresh but the other half was black and looks like it’s been sitting way past the time in the warmer .

The quality of the food was questionable. The chicken tasted like the frying oil was old or not good, the mashed potatoes had no flavor or should I say the flavor resembled cardboard, and when I opened the container of rice & beans it smelled off. I can’t pinpoint exactly what but it was a mix between something metallic and/or burnt, and was not appetizing in the least bit!! So I barely ate anything before I had to throw it away, I recommend going elsewhere for your meal.

I’ve been coming here regularly and I’m done. Love Popeyes but it’s bare minimum 20 minute wait every time I go in the drive thru. Slowest drive thru in anchorage next to Mountain View McDonald’s. Dude also just brought me the wrong order. Careless attitudes

I love Popeyes however it can be hit or miss with them. This last time I went and the chicken was not good, they only had dark meat and some of the chicken was bigger than normal and some was the regular size. They have gone up again in the prize, but the quality is going down. To be fair, the time before last when I went, the ghost pepper hot wings were fresh and sooo good!!! All the employees seem great and welcoming.

Food was good (this time ) but the service was slow and they forgot two sides. The lobby/dining room was dingy and more than half the tables were dirty. We had to ask to get soda lids TWICE and the soda machine was in dire need of a deep cleaning.

I placed an online order today and arrived on time for the scheduled pickup. After checking in with staff and providing my name, I waited approximately 25 minutes before receiving my order. During that time, I noticed my food sitting out, gradually getting cold, while several other customers who ordered on-site were served ahead of me.
I chose to order ahead with the expectation of a quicker and more efficient experience. Unfortunately, this did not align with what I encountered. I had high hopes for a smooth pickup process, and I believe there’s room for improvement in how pre-orders are prioritized and managed.

To start off I ordered off of doordash. The first order was supposed to be boneless but they sent bone-in.(EDIT: Picture for reference since they want to subtly call me a liar in their reply ) The second order was around 10 and Popeyes gave it to the wrong dasher and they couldn’t remake the order for my dasher because it was too late in the evening.
