This West Chester, Pennsylvania McDonald’s is the best McDonald’s store in Chester County!
I love their Big Mac, McDonald’s signature hamburger. It has two all-beef patties, lettuce, special sauce, and pickles all on a sesame seed bun. I also love their golden crispy French fries and their entire Breakfast menu (ditto the yellow folded egg).

Not fast food, just slow service with an expensive price & salty, poor quality. I had to wait a while to use an ordering machine, & then the one I picked was broken. Burger King, Arby’s, Wendies, & Chick Filet are much better choices. The parking lot is poorly laid out, & dangerous. There were a number of very loud teenagers with loud phone noises. The management ignored them, which made for a lousy, unpleasant experience.

I wouldn’t normally review a McDonald’s but today I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Mickey D’s in my entire life.
When I pulled up to the drive thru the lady on the mic (Lisbeth) had the nicest, most welcoming, and warm voice. And when I got to the first window to pay for the Arnold Palmer (1/2 iced tea/lemonade) that I didn’t include in my app order I saw Lisbeth at work. She was just as warm to the people pulling up behind me as she was to me.
My order was off the app as you’ll see in the attached photo. I used the BOGO Bacon McDoubles deal that I always use and I customize it with:
No mustard, ketchup, or cheese
Extra onion
And extra spice pepper sauce
When I drove up to the second window to pick up my order the manager on duty popped out and said: “OMG you customize your McDoubles the same way I do mine! You’re the first person I’ve ever seen do this besides me!”
I told her that the extra onions and spice pepper sauce really elevate the burger (it does). She ended our exchange with “Thank you for being iconic!” Before I was handed my food.
A great experience indeed.

Went to that location because it’s was the closet from the kids football tournament field, so we need something to put in the stomach in between game. The inside look good and clean except a couple of table that was not clean and some trash under a table from a customer a guess! We got in and order our food , one was the regular slushy.The store was not so clean but they have a lot of employe in the back chatting. First they serve the meal and forgot the slushy! I ask for it and When the slushy came it was more like a half water and half melted frozen ice. We ask for a new one and the “short lady in blue”Manila something like that I forgot her name.She ad some kind of attitude and I explain to her that the baby don’t want the slushy because it look melted and not like a slushy! I told her that I’m a customer and just want what I paid for! To make it short I request a Fanta instead! After giving me the Fanta she went in the back and start talking about me to the other crew members in Spanish(Martha and 3 others), too bad for her she didn’t know that as an immigrant myself I speak and understand Spanish. I think McDonald should train their staff at that location about good customer service by teaching them how to be respectful and professional! I’m pretty sure we gonna have to be In that area several time this upcoming season, but I don’t think we will go to that location ever again.

Went to order and the debit device on my touch screen in store was broke. Went to order at another kiosk and the rewards wouldn’t load. I got things to do, I cant waste my time with broken registers and rewards that don’t load. 1 star. Also, to be that guy, NOBODY speaks English.

Might be the best service at a McDonald’s I have ever had. The manager (I am assuming) was all over it. Didn’t have to wait asked what our order was when we arrived for pick up of a mobile order. He was cleaning tables and delivery food to cars as well. All around great guy.

Full of homeless people. One homeless guy kept trying to make conversation with my 10 year old daughter. Another one sleeping at the table near the bathroom. Then another lady just rambling to herself. Yikes. No thanks.
