Excellent option for ice cream! 2 large scoops for $8.25! I got chocolate moose tracks and butter caramel bourbon truffle! A few inside seats and some outside seating!

The ice cream is absolutely delicious! There is a large variety of flavors, and they are all great. This is a great place to come after dinner for desert, or anytime. The service is excellent, and served with a smile. I highly recommend this place.

I would say great ice cream but be prepared to wait in line. There is a big selection to choose from. The mint moose tracks flavor was delicious. There was outdoor seating, but you might not have a spotless table. Would definitely come back

The ice cream was delicious and we really enjoyed the flavors, but the atmosphere was a bit disappointing. The staff member working didn’t seem very happy to be there and wasn’t particularly welcoming to my children. Great treats, but the service could definitely use a friendlier touch

the ice cream was delicious! and the staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to serving. the establishment itself was dirty — every table was sticky with trash, crumpled napkins and spoons (inside and out). I would understand if it was super slammed, but it was a tuesday night and hardly anyone was there. and there was plenty of staff there to do the job. hopefully just a one off experience, but worth noting.

Friendly staff, delicious ice cream! Nice sitting areas outside. They we’re out of hot fudge though…Nice enough hot warm up chocolate syrup though.?! Ask for samples… because there are so many yummmy flavors to choose from!

I was told if you were in the Gulf Shores area you need to stop at Scoops. It was hard to find a parking but the line to get ice cream went to very quick. Lots of things to choose from and the employees were very friendly. The sign outside looks a little janky It would be nice if they would fix it. Would definitely recommend though!

Great little ice cream shop. So many flavors to choose from, as well as candy options. Some tables inside, but big booths outside under covered patio to enjoy.

The praline and cappuccino flavors are phenomenal. The hazelnut one was kind of lackluster. Overall a delicious sweet treat. Customer service is not personable but they’re nice enough! Great for a stop and go visit. Adorable spot with decent outdoor seating if you want to take a break. Got mine to go and enjoyed at my rental. Not sure if I would go again, since Yumm Twister & Ice Cream outdid Scoop’s in both value and flavor. And as an aesthetic lover, the neon picture was kind of disappointing when I returned at night.
