TRASH!!! Highly disappointed!! Place is not too clean. Got two Turkey ribs “sandwiches” with potato salad & I had to use MY OWN bread when I got home!! I live 2 mins away!! The sauce was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay toooooooo sweet! Very thick like spaghetti sauce and horrible on the meat. I wouldn’t even want that sauce on spaghetti! The beef ribs was tender and good for the price but ruined due to the sauce. St Louis I don’t get how you like it but on a scale from 1-10 I’d say 0 for the so called famous sauce. The potato salad horrible I thought it was a mistake. It was also way too sweet for me. The spicy beef sausage was not spicy at all they might have mixed up my order on that and again the sauce ruined it. My friends hated the sauce as well and hated that potato salad mush was on their beef sausage. Their spicy beef sausage had no spice neither. No to going back for us!

This is my very first time visiting this establishment, have heard great things about them in the past. Originally I planned to visit a different Bbq establishment but due to them being closed and my husband, my kids and I were craving for ribtips and when we arrived the parking lot was pretty busy and so was the inside so we knew we had made an awesome choice until we entered to be serviced. The cashier that started off taking my order was also multitasking (bagging and handing out orders to customers) but he rushed me the entire time. He wasn’t rude at all, I really believe he was a little overwhelmed with duties he was put up against at this time of the day so I understood him completely. He then asked me to give him sec., and another guy approached the counter and asked “How May I help you?” without a greeting nor any knowledge that my order had was already partially taken. After finally completing to take my order, I decided to sign up for their rewards program but the machine was giving me several technical difficulties and when I asked him for assistance, he replied saying “I’m a cook, I don’t know nothing about the stuff up here etc. It turned into a big debate. Very bad customer service experience!! Overall the food itself was pretty descent. Potato salad 8/10, Baked beans 7/10, Ribtips 9/10 very tender all way to the gristle and The Half Slab Of Pork Ribs 9/10.

Looks dark and my combo plate meat was tough and hard. I had ribtip snoot combo. The inside looks dirty and need to be cleaned. The ribtip was not tender and the snoot was not crunchy. I couldn’t chew it or bite it.vI spent $14.00. not worth it.

Decided to try them AGAIN, TERRIBLE, NEVER GOING BACK…. EVER. The young man at register never greeted me, had bulky headphones on and kept rushing my order, I ordered the pork steak sandwich, side of baked beans and the (5) turkey tips (my first time trying turkey tips). He rang me up for the sandwich/ dinner so price was way off, when I corrected him, he walked off and another man came and asked what was the problem, I informed no problem, repeated my order, I asked for the bread and sauce on the side as I had a ways to drive….now, he did give me the turkey tip sandwich/ dinner just because. Upon arriving home, meat was DROWNED in sauce, bread was SOGGY, the potato salad. Def gives a cold mashed potatoes, the potato salad is placed in the POOL of sauce, the pork steak was good, I didn’t care for the sauce, potato salad NO. baked beans good and turkey tips were good, also drowned in sauce with potato salad and bread.
I’m just not a fan of wet, soaked bread, potato salad should be separated, it’s not a partioned container, u mixing hot and cold foods. Drowned in liquid.

I ordered a rib tip sandwich through Doordash and my meat was RAW! It was not edible at all and the potato salad was mashed potatoes at best! At least the barbeque sauce was alright!

I have to places like this that are small businesses and I am most of the time happily surprised. This was the total opposite. Maybe it’s my fault for having high expectations but the place did not delivered. I asked for a 1/2 slab of ribs they were not fall off the bone good. A little chewy disappointment. They couldn’t accommodate to what I needed either. Unpractical not considering customers request. That’s a major no no. Will not return. Too pricey for quality

Visiting from Atlanta, I ordered the half rack. First he said they were out then he said they had ribs in. Considering the amount of time it took the ribs were tough, chewy and full of fat. Next time stick to your out instead of trying to rush the process. Wasteful.
