On 4/3/25 @ 1:35pm. I went to this restaurant to pickup my mobile order. Even though I had a mobile order, I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and the guy kept repeating “I’ll be with you in a second” while I quietly waited for him to take my pickup number while I watched 4 cars pass me in the other lane. Then when I get my food, there was spit in my burger and the burger receipt was stuck in between the cheese and bun. This doesn’t happen by accident. This place is disgusting.

Christmas holiday season and the restaurant was empty except for another customer and myself. No receipt paper in the kiosk, so I went to the counter. Had to yell for an employee to get service. I special ordered my food to include an extra slice of cheese, which I was charged for. I went to my vehicle to eat. The sandwich had 1 slice of cheese, cut in half, making it 2 pieces. Might be petty, but the cost of eating out has become expensive and service has become a thing of the past. Kiosk ordering is not for everyone either, another deterrent.I will likely spend my money elsewhere.

I’ve always usually had good experiences from here, but just now I tried to place an online order for breakfast food around 10:15 and by the time we got here, it was a little past 10:30. They told me we couldn’t get the food because it was too late and would just give us a refund. They gave us one of our two drinks and we left. Not sure why this has become a thing as I’ve gotten my breakfast food I’ve ordered before 10:30 before but I’m quite disappointed and irritated. They couldn’t even give us all of our drinks.

We took my daughter here for dinner 1/27/26 not only was the whole McDonald’s trashed but the employees were rude and to top it off we got food poisoning after eating there yesterday! :/ worse McDonald’s in town. I’d rather travel to the cities next time.

New construction is fantastic and the new kid’s play place is awesome. The food and service was exceptional. After the worker brought our food he actually got us more stuff we needed. Without us having to go and wait.

Daughter wanted late lunch soi drove up to the drive thru and attempted to order food for her, the automated system asked if I was using the app said no, then waited for 5 mins. Heard nothing Soni said hello, still nothing. Maybe McDonalds can get better tasting food and good service at some point.

This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I pull up and immediately it feels like they are trying to rush you out instead of take your order. Then when I pull up the managers are staring at me like a zoo animal. Anyway I get to the window to get my food and I’m handed the wrong drinks and missing half my order. I told the guy at the window that this wasn’t right and he said “ that’s what you paid for” when it clearly wasn’t. I asked if I could pay the difference at least for my drinks ( I was given 2 smalls instead of larges), and he shut the window while I was talking. This is embarrassing and unprofessional !

Don’t come to this McDonalds. They never get your order right and refuse to make it right for you. The managers also don’t care cause they will make you wait 20 minutes before you can talk to them cause they just sitting in the office doing nothing
