For the price of the food, it isn’t worth the trip. First: I had gotten a diet Pepsi to drink which tasted awful. I asked politely if I could exchange it for a lemonade, given that all drinks are 3.99 per drink. I got quite the side eye from our waitress, but it was honored and I got a raspberry lemonade, which was fine. We ordered loaded fries, and unfortunately did not pay notice to the fact that they slop RANCH all over it before handing it out. I have never been somewhere that loaded fries come with ranch, but that’s obviously on us for not seeing it. Due to previous experience, we simply did not eat it and did not ask for it to be taken back, not wanting more attitude. Mind you: this was at 2 pm. There were 2 other sets of people in the dining room. I could understand being annoyed during rush hour, but that was not this. It did take a while to get our check, but much longer were we standing there, waiting to pay for our food. A second waitress did not come up while the first was on the phone until a second patron came up, which got helped first. As I was given the long opportunity to peer at their soda machine, I could see that the ‘lemonade’ served was just Tropicana with flavoring. While this isn’t the biggest deal in the world, for a nice place that you’re paying almost $5 a drink at, real lemonade would be nice. In my experience, all of this is to say skip Vince’s. I have been previously and it has been just as disappointing, this was just a reminder on why we don’t come.

We went for lunch for Valentine’s Day. We were greeted with a rose when we walked in. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I am gluten intolerant . Our server took great pride in serving me gluten free focaccia and gave me two pieces! The gluten free pasta was cooked to perfection which is difficult to do with gluten free pasta. They had several gluten free dessert options but I was too full to try them. Will definitely go back!

I came here with my toddler for a Sunday lunch out. The service was great in the beginning – he was patient as I selected what I wanted, helped me choose the right pizza size and was friendly. Food came out right on time and was pretty good. Not the best pizza I’ve had, but good. The prices were quite high for the quality and size. The big issue though came at the end of the meal. We were done for awhile waiting for him to come check on us. When he finally did I asked for a box and the check. We then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for those things. That’s incredibly difficult with a toddler who has already been done for awhile. Other patrons in the restaurant and the other female server working could all see the struggle and I’m sure it was annoying to other guests. I wish the other server would have helped out instead of standing in the wait station chatting with the hostess. Service mistakes like this are what make or break a visit when the food is just ok. We won’t be coming back.

If I could give this place 100 stars, I would! We had the loaded mac and cheese balls, the baked seafood pasta, the prime rib, and tiramisu, and everything was exceptional. I live over an hour away, and it was well worth the drive. The service was beyond expectations, the atmosphere was authentic, and the food was just phenomenal. I’ll be thinking about this meal for a long time and I’m already planning our next trip to Vince’s.

This was the best calzone I have had since leaving Chicago. And the pizza was the first good pizza I have found in WI. The dough is really good. The sauce is nicely flavored w/o being overly powerful. The ingredients are a good quality. The cheese, well its WI, so you know the cheese was good. I am really glad I found this spot. It honestly was the pizza or calzone that has passed the smell test in a long time.

Loved the atmosphere ( very cozy) and the service. The food was extremely tasty and plentiful. We plan on coming back soon with friends.

revisited Vince’s for lunch and had another great experience. As usual staff was great and friendly, food was awesome. As my wife and I dined we noticed what others were eating and all the dishes looked huge and piping hot. We will be trying other entrees at our next visit and expect they will be excellent of course.

Wisconsin restaurant with an accordion player. Classic. Food and service was great. Was my birthday and they served my group (6 of us) these little cream filled donuts that were super fresh. When I’m back in the area I will stop in again.
