Burgers are pretty good but you are paying an up-charge for every topping and sides are extra. Lady that was running the drive thru was pretty rude, like she was doing you a favor by opening the window. There are definitely better burgers in town with more polite service.

Took my in laws here when they came to visit. Was not disappointed. Perfectly cooked burgers for all 4 of us. Crisp fries and cool drinks. Even more enjoyable outside on the patio. Takes a bit of time but it is worth the wait.

First off I’ll start by saying this is one of if not the best burger restaurants in Ouachita parish. I can’t think of anyone that has their level of bun and customization options. When dining in the food is always fresh and cooked to order. I’ve never had a bad experience dining in and 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good burger in the twin cities.

My only major complaint is the to go experience. The whole process feels like a complete different restaurant. Takes forever for anyone to answer the phone, the staff is always short and nonchalant like the only reason they work there is because they know someone etc. But all that I can excuse my main problem is CHECK your BAG every single time! They always mess up your order on to go. Missing items, made the wrong burger, everything. Last time we ordered the A1 burger and got home and we got a plain meat and cheese only?!?!

They drastically need to overhaul the to go experience then they’d be the perfect burger restaurant.

I took my friends from work. They had never been there. Each item is individually ordered. It’s more expensive this way, but it makes up with the quality. Everyone really liked their burger. My friend bragged about the pretzel bun and his giant onion rings. I had the jalapeño bun. These were Dunlap burgers; the meat done lapped over the bun. The burgers were great, and we will be back!

The food is awesome and the service is excellent!!!! Their burgers are extremely good! My wife and I ordered the “jalapeno popper burger”, the “Texan burger, the loaded fries (home and curly) and everything was a 10 out of 10!!!! The best burgers in Northeast Louisiana!!!

10-29-19 lunchtime. To start off I drove past the location. It did not stand out if you don’t know what you’re looking for you will definitely drive past it. The parking lot was very large easy to get in and out and ample parking. The service was good in the location, the employees were nice and sociable. The food was good. It was consistent with a location in Monroe that I have stopped at once before. I gave that location five stars. This location will get 4 because it felt dated, dark and not as clean. I won’t go into detail but it needs a little TLC. The burger grind is better than most other gourmet burger places in the Monroe area such as Five Guys etc. A little on the pricey side but worth the money. I would return to this location.

Well, food is pretty good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was rustic and showcased Louisiana regional items. However see below for why we won’t be returning.

Well once we arrived, we were told to wait to be served. I get it, slow Sunday and had time to discuss things with employees. However, six minutes until we were properly informed about how to order. This was my first time here. While we were waiting and trying to enjoy our food, the manager was belittling a young worker about mixing up the unsweetened and sweet tea spouts rudely in front of us and threatened the girl with “I’m going to sick Benny on you. You know old people can’t tell the difference between the teas.” I’m paraphrasing here, but it was so loud, we could do nothing but overhear. I witnessed the young black girl look like she was on the brink of crying. This wasn’t the only instance of the manager yelling and being demanding, which soured our experience in an already dimly environment.

We, unfortunately, will support another business that doesn’t mistreat their employees like trash in front of customers. The burger grind has great menu options but the hostility towards mistakes employees make really grinded our gears.

⭐️ 1 out of 5 — Burger Grind West Monroe

I honestly don’t know how this experience could’ve gone any worse. I ordered FOUR burgers — three customized All-Americans + one jalapeño bacon cheeseburger — plus nachos.

Here’s what actually happened:

• Only THREE burgers showed up — one All-American was missing entirely.
• The two All-Americans I received were completely wrong — just a dry patty and cheese, none of the toppings I paid for.
• The jalapeño bacon burger was the only thing made correctly.
• Pickup was a mess — they told the person picking up that the order wasn’t paid for, despite me paying online.
• I selected the option for every burger to be cut in half — they ignored that completely.
• All this while prices are nearly $14 PER BURGER — no fries, no drink, nothing included.

And then the worst part:
When I came back for a refund, the restaurant refused to process it in-store because I ordered online. I had to call Menufy, wait for them to contact the restaurant, and then maybe get my money back through email later. That whole runaround made me miss my entire lunch break, and I had to order food from somewhere else just so I could actually eat today.

So I paid premium prices for missing food, wrong food, a pickup hassle, and a refund nightmare — AND still left hungry. Completely unacceptable. I will never be back

Very good burgers. I got the missing link. It was good, but it was little messy to eat. My wife got the breakfast burger. She got the 1/4 burger, and I got the 1/2 pound. Burgers were well cooked with a good flavor. Would definitely come back though I’d probably try something else.

The owner prepared our food, and I must say he knows a thing or 2 about making a top of the line burger!!! Went on a weds afternoon, and they weren’t busy at all. Food was prepared fresh and fast. The restaurant is chill and family oriented. Menu is pretty extensive. The onion rings are a must-have. You can make your sandwich anyway you like it: different breads and buns, type of meat half and quarter lb Even a turkey burger… I’d recommend to anyone looking for a quick yet very good bite of all American eating.
