I came there yesterday an hour before closing with an online order. The manager made me wait at the window for 12 minutes with no response but just finger motions to stay. Then we I decided to go in she ignored me for another good 10 minutes. In that time she began snatching up tickets and huffing and puffing. She grabbed about 5 tickets and said, “ Nope, I’m not dropping no more spicy.” After grabbing one ticket and then finally came to me. I told her my order and name and she just tapped the screen and said it wasn’t there. I asked was she sure because I ordered if half an hour before I came to this exact location and tried to show her. She said nope so I had no choice but leave.

Decided to watch the superbowl 59 with the 24 wings meal. Food was mostly good but the employee on duty decided to replace my Cajun fries with mashed potatoes and then wen t on to lie about not having any Cajun fries left.
Mind you, I picked this order myself, and the team could have informed me. But she wanted me to have mashed potatoes rather than fulfilling my order.
Team also left put one of the ghost wing fries.
Thanks to the manager on duty who made the other attendant change the potatoes for the fries.

This is the worst popeyes I have ever been to. They didn’t even remember our 2 chicken sandwhiches!!! When I called the man on the phone was very dismissive and passive aggressive. When I asked for a refund, he said they ran out of buns!! 0/10 experience. never doordash from here. gave us cold, bare chicken. also, mac and cheese looks like someone already dug into it.

This place smells of rotten meat, the customer service is terrible, the food is never hot and ready even with one car on the drive way. There isn’t a long line but the indoor dining experience just doesn’t make any sense. All k wanted was 6 biscuits but wasn’t able to get on and out as a customer should’ve been.

I ordered last night on Uber Eats. It got delayed 2 times, and on the third one the order was either stolen or cancelled and I never got a refund. This place is an absolute scam, leaves out stuff, and is terrible quality. Do NOT order from here if you care about your money.

The person at the window was nice but they are definitely lacking with the quality of food. This is what I received as a large order of macaroni and cheese. On top of not being full, it was cold. The chicken pieces are also small. When spending $30 on a meal combo I expect better than this. I won’t be going there again.
