I went there this morning to grab munchkins for my son and the person in drive thru was the rudest person I have ever met. She was an older lady. I sat in drive-through waiting almost 5 minutes and no one spoke to help so I drove to the first window and asked if I could place an order there. The individual said no I had to drive around and place my order through the speaker. I have never ever had to do anything like that before. I called, spoke with the manager and contacted Corporate so hopefully this will get resolved

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and a bacon egg and cheese croissant. It was quick, the food was hot and everything tasted amazing. Santos was super nice and insightful on all of the product. 10/10

Review written 03/14/2022. I visited this Dunkin Donuts location on Tuesday 03/08/2022 for the first time! I ordered a large (32oz.) Iced Signature Cocoa Mocha Latte. My beverage was prepared just like I ordered, prepared with perfection. Caleb was the employee that placed my order, Destini prepared my beverage, she ensured it was made correctly, by asking Caleb to confirm the ingredients. Both Caleb and Destini were detailed, professional and both had a good sense of humor. A Great set of employees.

I go to this Dunkin daily usually through the drive thru. Twice in the past few weeks I have gone inside and asked to use the restroom, they always keep it locked and tell you someone is in there. Funny how noone ever comes out of the restroom.

Well in the past this place was wonderful but I was meeting up with a couple of friends at this location and was the first to arrive so I needed to use the restroom and was gonna wait inside until they showed up, but instead of a warm welcome when I walked in the staff was very rude and treated me as if I was not welcome I used the restroom and say down since I was still waiting and I was told to wait outside for my friends as if my money wasn’t good enough this location has gotten a lot worse clearly everyone needs training in how to treat there customers

First of all I’d take the incompetent rude treatment at a price if at least the coffee was acceptable. But I’ve ordered several different drinks off the menu in the last few weeks and they are TERRIBLE. It takes effort to mess up coffee that bad. Also, for the record learn how to properly accept the payment methods such as Apple pay or Google wallet as your ignorance is showing. You dish out an attitude to a customer be PREPARED to get it dished back. Is this not a business? Because for you to act like I’m bothering you buy paying for my order is wild. These are the type of people that think everyone else is the problem but them. Good grief it’s coffee not rocket science girlie.

Took almost 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru just to get my order and for it to be wrong. Then once I asked about my one item that they forgot i paid for that and all the original items once more. So after paying for everything twice they said there was nothing they could do and to come back tomorrow. That evening crew on 8/31/25 terrible
