Staff was friendly but that’s all I can say about this place. Prices on menu will be severely uncharged, by at least $6-$10 more if you change ANYTHING from the combination plates. From a cheese enchilada to a red beef enchilada or if you want 2 tacos and 1 tostada which isn’t a combo meal. Food was all average, bland seasoning if any and to top it off soda tasted flat both times I got a refill. I ordered both soups (Caldos) because growing up Albondigas is a Mexican house hold favorite. 2 albondigas and I got more squash than anything and a chunk of onion… next was the menudo, It was okay not the best either. Food came out hot in a timely manner. I also had the red pork tamale which had a hint of sweetness to it. I don’t know if it was the sauce they poured on top of it or the actual tamale itself. Guest of 3 everyone had a combo plate I ordered the 2 caldos with drinks or bill was over $100. Love the hospitality just not the food

Mom and pop restaurant with slow cooked and simmered food. Delicious enchiladas, beans, green and red chile. Went back a 2nd time in the same week. Don’t sleep on the margaritas – go large the first time!

Stopped by for a late lunch and chose this place because of the good reviews. I was not disappointed.

The service began within about 2 minutes of sitting down and my server was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the beef chimichanga with beans and it is one of the only chimichangas I have that was actually crisp like it is supposed to be! Usually they get soft and mushy but this was crisp and perfectly cooked. Generous amounts of sour cream and guacamole were included. The shredded beef was tender and well cooked.

Overall, very satisfied. Would definitely go back.

Hidden gem! (Or not so hidden, it was packed!)

We are originally from Yuma, AZ and having moved to phoenix a couple of years ago, the one thing we kept saying was we missed the Mexican food in Yuma. Restaurants like El Charro and Mi Rancho were on regular rotation for us and we had not yet found anything that matched their incredible authenticity and quality. Until now. We will definitely be back!

If you go, expect a little wait time to get in this place gets busy! We arrived at 12pm on a Saturday and had a 20 min wait to get a table… and when we left there were twice as many people waiting as when we got there!

I went for a walk with my dog and decided to go have dinner. I was hesitant because quite a few places in the area discouraged you bringing your pet along for dinner. So I called outside the restaurant to make sure to was ok first and they had told me absolutely well I was allowed to sit outside with my dog. And so We were given a table on the patio and were warmly welcomed by a few different employees .. one who sat us, one who took our drink order, one who brought us a bowl of chips and salsa, and one who came to take our order. I ordered a meal for myself and a taco for my dog. And I have to say the food was amazing, the service was impeccable, and the evening we spent at Casa Reynoso was awesome. They even brought my dog a bowl of water. I thought that was a nice touch. Will I return for a second visit…. Most definitely. And more importantly I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone I know. 5 stars. Thank you Casa Reynoso for treating us to a lovely evening and making us feel welcome.

I loved my food but my wife didn’t care for the dry chunks of meat in her burrito. The cheese crisp was good. The waitress needed a friendlier disposition and to pay attention to the details.

We recently discovered Casa Reynoso in Tempe, and wow—this place is incredible. We’ve already been back several times because we just can’t get enough. The green chile cheese crisp and the chicken enchiladas are our absolute favorites; we clean our plates every single time. The chips and salsa are delicious as well. The salsa is a little spicy for me, but that never stops me from indulging and finishing every last chip.

The staff is always friendly, and the restaurant has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be returning again and again—and telling everyone we know about this gem we found.

Step into nanas kitchen and get you a plate!! Delicious homestyle recipes, great vibes and mi casa su casa welcoming feeling. Delicious traditional recipies, plates and deserts. My wife and I go every 2 weeks, i love the red/bean mix burro enchilada style green! Get some flan before it runs out! 10/10 would recomend, it will scratch an itch for this food you never knew you had!!

The Food is always delicious! Friendly service. What I would like to share is that there is a service fee charge for paying with a card. My last visit that charge was $7. To avoid paying this extra fee use cash. Another thing is the combos have gone up in price which I think If a combo is now going to be priced $5 higher. They should all now include rice and beans. NOTE: NOT ALL COMBOS INCLUDE RICE & BEANS IT IS AN ADDITIONAL $5 TO ADD RICE & BEANS WHICH THEN MAKES YOUR COMBO ABOUT $20!!! Adding rice & beans used to be $2 extra . So really a combo with added rice& beans is now $10 extra. Then each additional bowl of chips is an additional charge which the bowl is smaller than a regular cereal bowl its not a basket of chips. So my group of 6 had 2 small bowls of chips which was not enough to enjoy chips and salsa just a taste. Gratuity for our party of 6 ended up being automatically $27. Our meal cost $170? FOR 6 PEOPLE TO EAT. YES, THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS BUT WITH THE EXTRA COSTS ADDED ON FOR THINGS IS THE REASON FOR MY REVIEW. Just to let anyone know that checks reviews before going somewhere or haven’t been there in a while.
