To start with. The new restaurant looked nice, but looks are deceiving.
Ashley was rude.
Why do restaurants put cold with hot? The cold cole slaw and dipping sauces get hot and do not taste good. The chicken and the fries get cold. They need to be hot!! Cold food should be kept separate from hot food. When I said something and I was not rude, an associates, Ashley. She should not of been rude. With service like this i will not go back. I would not recommend going to the Saraland location. There was an associates, Riley she was pleasant.
On the app it also said no drive-thru. They have 2 lines.

Quite a nice simple place for fast food style chicken fingers…I had the Box which included 5 fingers, cole slaw, fries, toast, and dipping sauce for a hair over $10 including tax. The staff were perfectly helpful, the food was tasty, the fingers were juicy, and the atmosphere was actually relatively calm for a fast food place. If you’re in the area then give them a try…. If you like them, please like my post.

Me and my kids came after practice two thursdays in a row. Kensley (sp?) is the sweetest ever. She made sure she got our order correctly! And laughed bc my kids like to mix Dr.pepper & root beer ! I’m looking forward to seeing her next week already !

I ordered 10 of the chicken tenders. They used to be pretty good years ago but like most every place after a while quality goes downhill and it’s not worth stopping at anymore. This is definitely one of those places. The tenders were GREASY as hell! Why someone wouldn’t let them sit in the grease drain off of them at least before passing them off to a customer is beyond me. Because being extra greasy means the minute they sit in this box for just a couple of minutes they’re also wilted and soggy from the combination of steam that can’t escape from the box and the grease that’s all over the tenders. Do not recommend. Will not be back unless they start to offer unbreaded grilled tenders then I would stop just to try that because at least it wouldn’t be greasy as hell

Clean parking area with plenty of parking, dual line drive thru with outside assistant. Inside is very clean and neat. Fast, friendly and prompt service. Food was hot and delicious, food orders were correct. Highly recommend

The BESTTTTT Foo and fast food restaurant on the planet. I lost my retainers there and the staff went above and beyond to help me find them when truthfully they didn’t have to. If I could give you guys a billion stars I would. Again I appreciate yallll soo sooo sooo much. Not to mention the food was absolutely amazing and so was the customer service.

Absolutely worth it!
We came with a group of 13 unannounced and they could not have accommodated us better. In three lines my group ordered before I even knew it was time to pay! Each of the computers were connected so I could pay for all the charges on one card and it was under $100! I was impressed right there, but it gets better!
Walking in we thought it was full, but saw seats open up right away. They then brought the food out before we could all get seated in our two tables.
The food hit the spot after that and on top of that the restrooms were clean and the whole place was laid out well!
Highly recommend! Better than Cane’s overall. I hate to say it.
