Ordered food for two with two pies at 736pm and took going up to the counter twenty minutes later to get our food. No explanation but it would take another 15 minutes, so we sit down, only to realize that our 10 piece nugget was missing. When we went to ask for it the cashier was extremely rude and did not offer any help and only handed us the cold nuggets from on the counter. She said “I haven’t been here”When we finally got our pies 20-25 minutes after our food, the same employee was blowing bubble gum right after being behind the counter. Not only this, but the individual was unable to recognize us after seeing us several times and when less than 10 customers had entered the dining room; she seemed very incoherent and probably intoxicated. My large drink seemed more water than anything out toppings were wrong and we couldn’t seem to have anything right even after paying the 37 for ranch sause

Went in during a lunch rush was expecting a wait time and was perfectly fine with that. I got my food in a good time but what upset me was the way the manager set the atmosphere in the place. Krista was yelling at people, not just customers but also employees behind the counter. Id recommend some positivity for a change. Other than that food was average McDonald’s!

Seriously.. every time I come to this location, they forget something. A couple weeks ago it was all the fries. Tonight I ordered 3 bug macs, a quarter pounder, 6 nuggets and 3 large fries. They forgot a big Mac. We noticed before we left the parking lot. I pulled back through the drive through and told the nice kid at the first window. The woman working the second window was SOOO RUDE. Is it my fault you can’t put 4 burgers in the bag? I did food service for years. It’s really not a challenge to get orders right. There was no apology, no “hey, sorry about that”. She was just absolutely rude. I am no longer going to this location. I will drive the extra few minutes to another one. This is on Halloween 2025. That lady needs an attitude check. If you don’t like your job, do something else. Don’t give me an attitude because of your mistake.

Im not sure what’s happening but your guys wait times are getting so bad. I’ve placed app orders 15 minutes before I get there and still have to wait 20+ minutes after arriving. Today I came and got food and of course had to wait, got my food and my burger wasnt even in the wrapper. The food was just thrown into the box, I had to piece my sandwhich back together myself and put all my toppings back on. My fries were so smashed. You guys have got to start doing better.

UPDATE: Never go to this location. Ordered on app, girl answers drive thru laughing “are you using app?” Should have known right there. Now sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes havent moved. Then I checked my mcchicken and was supposed to have tomato. I sent it back and she said they dont have tomato. So you weren’t going to tell me and still charge me for it. I asked for a refund and the manager was all mad. I just drove away without my sandwich
Not sure if this is corporate or franchise but who ever the boss is must be cracking down on drive thru times. You shouldn’t have to pull everyone forward 530 at night for a double cheeseburger and fry and then the fry is cold!

Always sitting in the curbside line for 20+ minutes while other cars are race tracking the drive through and getting helped ahead of me and I have to go in and remind them I’m sitting out there and they tell me “oh someone must have swiped your order off the screen.” I actually take the drive through, and the second window is exclusively used to tell you your food isn’t ready and to pull around and wait.

Unsalted nasty looking fries and slow. I told them they needed to salt their fries, so a teen boy handed me salt. They are to take the saltshaker and make the letter ‘M’ in the fresh fry bin, then mix it up, unless unsalted is requested.
The back cashier put a Orange pop on our order, when we asked for a LG. Frozen Cherry Fanta. Then, they took forever to hand anything out… W/O any straws. Not even filled all the way!
I worked at a McDonald’s for 2 yrs as a Back Cashier, but got trained throughout the store. I was irritated and disappointed. This is why we rarely go to this store anymore… let alone other ‘fastfood’ junk places.
Only 1 choice in Flurry, cone, or shake. No parfaits.
The variety has really diminished.
