C’mon Starbucks. You are better than this! As a Mom of littles I’m already under caffeinated and every once in a while I like to treat myself. PSL’s are back- of course I need one! I ordered a venti, got to work and grabbed my drink. This is what I received. I know times are tough for everyone, but if I wanted a grande I would’ve ordered one.

Coffee was perfect. The sandwich was hot and cooked great. The drive-through lady gave my dog a pup cup. She was very friendly and nice. Decently fast service.

The team is amazing here! I put in an order for one of the big coffee travelers for a meeting this morning, and when I got there they were ready for me and smiling! I had to order 15 bakery items and they moved quickly, despite being in rush hour, and even offered for me to take free drinks instead of throwing them away because people left them behind. Thank you for all your help!

I put starbuck is 1 star because coupple reasons:
1. If u dont have enought ingredient , please dont make a drink .
I was order mango dragon fruit with lemonade. They did not dragon fruit. Just mango and lemondade. It not the drink .
2. Sometime im order some coffee with crunch stuff extra. I have to pay extra fee. And when i came they said they out. But still charge my money.
3. 1 time im order wrong location. I called and asked them and they said they did not make yet. I asked for cancel. They said yes but they would not refund.

Order pick up was great but the food was cold and the ice melted in my drink when I picked it up. It took forever to get my order because the line was so backed up took about 8-10 mins just to pick an order up. Avoid ordering through the app here

I asked for hot coffee and I received hot coffee, with a smile! Not a crowded place either so no lines each time I visited. Easy in, easy out location off the highway with ample parking and a drive through.
