My 3 kids & myself visited last night for dinner, and it was the best experience we have had there in years! We were greeted immediately with a smile from a young man named Chris who was very polite. While returning to the buffet line, we witnessed him running circles around his coworkers, meeting the needs of guests at the buffet line, while he was actually positioned at the cash register. He never seemed overwhelmed at all, just happy to help.

The buffet stayed full. It’s been a while since I’ve seen the buffet look as good as it did last night. We were so excited to have so many options!

Then just before close, the same young man, Chris, drew the short straw having to deal with my youngest nickel and diming every red cent of currency he was alotted at the prize counter. That man did it with a smile. That level of grace deserves hazard pay. I am so serious. Give Mr. Chris a raise.

Went in for dinner yesterday with the kids. Obviously we got the all you can eat pizza bar. There were all kinds of pizzas up there. You get to order one when you pay. I got a sausage, green pepper and onion. I gotta say the pizza is pretty good. The Hawaiian was very tasty. I also enjoyed the BBQ chicken. I love sausage and vegetables on pizza. My kids only eat cheese so I get to have the pizza I like here. They even had mac & cheese for my youngest daughter. They also have pasta and salad bars. Is it the best pizza you ever ate? Probably not but it is some of the best I’ve had in the Maryville area. They come out frequently and announced them on the speakers. The dessert pizzas are also very good. The cinnamon sticks are buttery and sweet. The chocolate pizza is also seriously good. All in all a very enjoyable dining experience. After we ate we let the kids go crazy in the arcade. Games are reasonably priced and they got enough tickets for some small prizes. They had a great time. If you have kids I would definitely recommend Mr. Gattis. The food is good and the arcade is fun. Seeing the kids actually eat and have fun is priceless.

Well I see they have joined the ranks of the greedy. 20$ for a pizza with 3$ worth of toppings and $15 worth of dough. Shame. I don’t get to Maryville often and I always stop as it’s the only one left. It WAS my favorite pizza. I won’t waste my time next time. I can honestly say this is the worst pizza I have ever received here. Absolutely zero sauce either like eating a paper plate. I seriously think someone owes me a refund.Dough is just nasty

Very unimpressed. Pizza buffet style dining is not for me. My friends suggested we visit Mr. Gatti’s on an early Friday night. I have not visited nor dined at a Mr. Gatti’s in decades. Like most everything, nothing stays the same. I shouldn’t have let nostalgia overcome me. The Mr. Gatti’s of today is totally different than the Mr. Gatti’s I remember from the 1980’s. Mr. Gatti’s is now a self service, buffet style restaurant, geared towards families and children. The Mr. Gatti’s I remember and enjoyed was a full service restaurant with servers providing table service. If my memory serves me correctly, Mr. Gatti’s was more orintented to adults, with large screen TV’s in the dining room. The Mr Gatti’s of today has now added a game room (separate from the dining room) for kids and families. I was also not impressed with the pizza itself, it doesn’t taste anything like the Mr. Gatti’s pizza I remember. Did they change recipes?? There was nothing wrong with the pizza itself, but it was not the unique, quality pizza I remember from years ago. Although I was disappointed in the Mr. Gatti’s of today, it didn’t seem to bother anyone else. The restaurant was very busy and getting more crowded as the evening progressed. Mr. Gatti’s also offers a salad bar, pasta bar and self serve beverages. The staff was very pleasant and did a great job managing the large crowd. Considering the sizeable crowd, the dining room was relatively clean and well maintained. One really nice attribute; if you’re sixty years of age or older, you qualify for a senior discount! In closing, Mr. Gatti’s is a great, inexpensive option if you are really hungry for pizza. Mr. Gatti’s is also ideal for large groups and families. Although I didn’t visit the game/ amusement section of the restaurant, I have no doubt the kids will love it. One word of caution; if you haven’t visited a Mr Gatti’s for a while, it may be very different from the “Gatti’s ” of your memory.

Wouldn’t let me get the discount for the free kids buffet. While I am person of large stature, I am a kid at heart and was diagnosed with a developmental disability. I was told I have the brain of a 6 year old and only eat plain pizza. They told me only kids qualify, which is discrimination. The buffet area is a hazard because the floors are slippery and usually have random slices of pizza that have fallen on the floor.

This is what I just got from then and I called them about it. Because I ordered it from door dash and they have to bring their own bag they aren’t responsible. I also ordered extra cups of ranch and well done. The chicken isnt even well done. Sounds like more than just doordashes problem

This is a buffet style pizza place. They have lots of different kinds of pizza as well as dessert pizza. Their pizza is quite good. My daughter loves it. I went back for seconds. The dessert pizza was a chocolate chip or apple pie pizza, and both were wonderful. You get drink refills with your meal. I felt the price was adequate for the meal. It’s about $14 if I remember correctly for an adult buffet.

There is an arcade next door which you buy a card for and you get tickets when you win towards prizes. You don’t have to cash in while you are there. You can come back another day and play again. They have private rooms for birthday parties and have packages available.

Mr. Gatti’s is a nice pizza buffet that will make special order pizza. This location is always clean with a friendly staff. It would be a great place to take your children or youth group for dinner or a special event. They offer event packages that includes video games, pizza and drinks. I will have lunch at Mr Gatti’s once every few months.
