Frustrating that they only accommodate one car at a time in the evening, which I assume from several years of food service is to pad their drive times. You have to wait at the box until the car in front of you is completely finished and driven away, which really adds up when there are several cars in line. Sucks to make the customer wait way longer. It didn’t seem to be because they were understaffed, as several people in uniforms were all standing around watching something on someone’s phone in the drive through area when we got up to the window.

we came in through the drive through, ordered two biggie bags and after i paid at the second window they handed me my food and said “have a good day” i pulled off realizing my drinks were missing so i went back in to get them. mind you, when i asked they made me get them myself. understandable, but when i went to the car and checked my bag one of the sandwiches was missing. inspected the rest of the food and it look terrible. my chicken nuggets look terrible. 1/10! this place sucks from the people to the food. better off going to mcdonald’s

make sure you get your exact change from these people working here. they tried to tell me they gave me the right amount of money back & they didn’t. i asked for my receipt and they couldn’t seem to get it for me for like an extra 5 minutes. on top of that they gave me. ROOT BEER , when i asked for DIET COKE & had attitude because they owed me change. the food is garbage as well. 10/10 don’t recommend eating here. they try to steal change & give you things you didn’t ask for & act like it’s an issue when you asked nicely for it to get fixed.

Absolutely the slowest place in the world. You have to pull up and wait on everything that they have. Then when you ask why they tell you it’s cooking when there is absolutely nobody in the parking lot and no one inside. Employees standing around talking and laughing

Christmas eve…closing time.. placed a 60.00 online order and was told they could only do chicken items when I got to the speaker. Frustrated, yes, but understanding, and asked if they could put the money back on my card so I could attempt somewhere else (probably waffle house).. manager asked me to pull forward because she had to call her boss.. she came out a few moments later and stated that even though everything was put up they would still make my 60.00 order! Very much appreciated from this team tonight! I hope they have a blessed Christmas!!!

Had my order messed up the food was horrible called and spoke to Morgan, manager, very friendly explained everything and she told me I could have a refund because I didn’t want the food made over. I couldn’t come right then but was told to bring my receipt, she took my name and number and she would pass on to the next manager. Well went back little later and the next manager named Petra wouldn’t give me my refund. She wanted to disrespect her fellow manager (Morgan) and making excuses as to why I couldn’t have a refund after I was told by Morgan that I could.
Even Petras staff was asking her what the problem was and why she wouldn’t give me the refund. She was not helpful at all wouldn’t give me district phone number. So I’m out of food and money. I haven’t gotten my refund yet. Is this how Wendy’s treats their customers. I haven’t meet the new general manager but i see him posting on local Business pages so maybe he will take care of this problem. We shall see how business is handled with the GM.

Worst food blue ridge! . All the food was old!!! Some fries weren’t even cooked. It’s raw ,everything was cold.. nuggets weren’t normal Wendy’s nuggets different taste, flatter, and over cooked. Tomato old. Lettuce was rotten. If I could get it no stars, I would!!

The server..older lady was very nice and recommended a way to save a little money. The place was super clean…nice decor and easy to get in and out with a ramp…which was much appreciated since we had a surgical procedure earlier …

This Wendy’s has dine-in again. What a simple joy to sit down with the ones you love and share a simple meal. We ordered the double bacon cheeseburger with large fries…a decadent and rare treat that was absolutely fresh and delicious. We shared a chocolate Frosty a soda fountain Doctor Pepper to wash down the perfect meal. The employees are especially friendly and helpful. Perhaps they too are excited to interact with real human beings again–face to face. The particular competence and respect weilded by the shift manager was pervasive in every aspect of the operation. Everything was spotlessly clean. Service was fast and efficient and was in conjunction with a large drive through crowd. We also were pleased to notice that the philanthropic legacy of the founder lives on in support for adoptive agencies.

Ordered delivery on the Wendy’s app at 10. Waited until almost 10:50 for the dasher to tell me that he was told people walked out and they couldn’t make my food. I call them and after like 11 times they answer, tell me that after 10 they have to manually click on an order to see it, and that they just didn’t see my order in the system. I work at an emergency hospital and not many places are open and I ordered for my team so I do not appreciate this. I feel as though they most likely just didn’t wanna make the order, seeing as they lied to my dasher and then when I asked said “well yeah we had one person quit” I’ll get my refund, but I feel owed by Wendy’s for the blatant disregard to customers orders.
