Macaroni Grill is not a new place for us, but not one we’re go to extensively. However, every time we’ve went, the level of service varies. This evening, we had a reservation for 2. After being sat, the host offered to take our drink orders as we had been without a server for an extended period of time. Jim finally stepped in and offered to wait on us as the original waitress was “apparently too busy”. The food was good, but the service to receive the food was slow. This is not a reflection of our waiter, but rather I believe the kitchen. Jim did his best with the fact we were an additional table and we appreciated his efforts. If you come, be prepared for decent food but an unsure service.

First off, I don’t usually leave reviews unless it’s worth raving about or steering others away from danger. But, I hadn’t been to macaron grill in over 10 years. Last time the food was mediocre and the service was slow.
Enter tonight, it was quiet for a Friday night. Wife and I sat at the bar next to the firepit (awesome touch) and had drinks and food. The food was super fresh and the drinks were fantastic. My wife loved the blood orange cosmo, she wanted a second!
The most impressive part was our server, Gabby G. She worked the bar, tables, hostess, and even trained other employees all while being super quick on her feet and one of the most positive servers we’ve ever had. She was hustling all over and I really hope management knows what a talent they have in her!
We’ll definitely be back because of the great food and service!

Beautiful interior design and perfect place to take thst someone special or just treat yourself after a long days work or shopping.
The atmosphere kinda blah manager does’nt check on customers or interacts with them.
It’s not s cheap place but its worth the price.
I guess as long as the food is great why does atmosphere matter right.
Good music not too loud like thr blaring music at Cracker Barrel.
I’ll be back.

The dish itself was plated really nice. I wish the asparagus was steamed a bit softer but everything was still delicious. It was my first time there. Our servers name was Bethany and she was very kind and accommodating to our needs. Hats off to Bethany outstanding job.
I had the salmon with a garlic cream sauce, broccoli, sun dried tomatoes, and asparagus. The lobster soup was amazing. Delicious with the warm bread. Will definitely return to have a drink at the bar infront of the indoor fire pit. Over all experience 9/10.

We were not waited on when we arrived even though the restaurant was not busy. We only ordered soup. We watched the soup sit for 15 minutes while Julian stood and talked the entire time we waited. The soup was cool but we ate it. When Julian realized we weren’t happy he offered to heat the soup. The manager did credit one of the soups but too little too late. I would NOT recommend this restaurant, if that’s the service with so few people present

Server. She was good. Very efficient. The food was ok. Few little faul ups. Party of about 20. Don’t take coupons or gift cards, apparently. Little on the expensive side. Probably won’t come back for another few years. Manager was a bltch too. Edit- the actual manager was cool, so was the head chef.

This was our first time visiting a Romanos Macaroni Grill and it was pretty good. The location itself is nicely decorated and we only waited about 20 minutes on a Friday night to be seated. I liked how our waitress wrote her name on the table and she was very nice. The bread with oil was very good. As an appetizer we had the macaroni and cheese bites which were good too. We ordered the Shrimp Alfredo, Chicken Marsala, and the spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce. The chicken Marsala was good but needed more Marsala sauce which our server did bring when asked. The spaghetti and meatballs meat sauce was lacking sauce making the meatballs a bit dry in taste, otherwise this meal was good too. The shrimp alfredo was perfect. We ordered the cannolis and they were very good. The cinnamon ricotta in the cannolis tasted a bit like pumpkin pie. Overall a good experience at this location.
