Staff was absolutely rude. I don’t even leave reviews but I have never experienced anything like this. First off there was a brown substance on my double cheese burger. I don’t know if it was chocolate or what. I Took it back. They made a new one, cheese was cold and it was missing onions. Took it back again. I was nice. Didn’t make a deal about it. I get the burger back and they put a whole cup of onions on my burger…. Idk who yall got working back there but Do better. Don’t be mad at the customers cause you’re doing your job. And it’s not even that deep because it’s a $3 burger but it’s the principal of things. Period. And based off the comments, yall need alot of work. Never understood why people choose to work in fast food, then get that they gotta work and get mad at the customers

Brought my kids with me to eat and play at the playground but my order was wrong over and over again. 1st thing they forgot my kids fries in both happy meals. 2nd had no bacon on my wifes burger aswell. 3rd my cheese burger that was suppouse to be all the way had only ketchup and pickles. 4th had to have my homestyle Burger remade not once, not twice, but 3 Times! And even still on the third remake with was still wrong. 5th they don’t replace there teas so I wouldn’t really suggest ordering a sweet tea or a unsweetened tea labels where from 11am-7:15pm and it was 8:22pm when I arrived, I had to ask for the tea to be remade.
Not just that, the manager is still just sitting quietly on her laptop till I said something to her about my order being wrong and the lady just allowing all these kids act fools and trash talk to each other and just be disrespectful all around without even batting an eye towards them or making sure the kitchen staff has everything under control there response was “we let the new guy make it, instead of just apologizing for the order being made wrong.

The play area was absolutely disgusting. Tables were dirty, had to ask someone for a rag to clean the table me and my family were sitting at. Trash cans full to the top, smell really bad.
Its not just the play area the main lobby had trash everywhere also. They were not even busy. This is not the first time. The last 4 times we’ve been here its been bad. One time even employees were in play area and had to have management remove them. Then they were walking around videoing themselves where our kids were, talking about how they hate their jobs. This will be our last time here because it has not changed.

I will never go to this location again. I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and 4 hash browns. I waited in line 30 minutes for my food. Once getting home I noticed that they forgot one of the sandwiches and threw the food together for sloppy. I called back to get a refund for the sandwich I never received and the manager that answered the phone had horrible customer service and got an attitude with me about the whole situation and never apologized for the inconvenience or bad service. I asked for my card to be refunded and he said that not how we do that. I told him I was not driving 20 minutes back into town for there error. I said you can mail us a coupon for a free sandwich he said no we don’t do that here. I don’t know how they are going to stay in business with such rude management

My husband went here to get food after my son basketball game tonight, the had the app was turned off so he couldn’t not order. My husband’s pulls up to the drive thru and ask why isn’t the mobile app working then mysteriously it starts working. He ordered a mc chicken a mc double and fries. Got home ate his mc chicken and went to bite into his burger and there is someone’s hair in the middle of the burger. Long enough to still be hanging from his mouth! This is why it is so hard to eat out anymore businesses hire anyone and they really don’t want the job they want the paycheck!!!! No customer service and I believe the hair was purposely put there because they didn’t want to work! He literally was there 30-40 mins before closing! So if you don’t want you job please find a new one don’t play with peoples food. Had it been someone that doesn’t have good sense it might not have been a good sight to see!!!

I ordered through DoorDash and experienced nearly an hour wait time for a very small order, despite being told the restaurant wasn’t busy. The order also arrived incorrect. I am not asking for a refund, but this McDonald’s has had repeated issues with my orders, and this needs to be addressed. The only thing worse than the food is the service. Ordered through the app. Waited 15 minutes at the curbside parking spaces. Had to go inside to get our food after waiting about 15 more minutes. There was no one even at the front of the restaurant to wait on anyone or help anyone where there were multiple people with issues. When we finally got our food it was cold as it had sat in the back forever and the ice had melted in our drinks. Will not be back to this location. I would avoid this location as long as possible

The WORST location ever!!!! They have a sign about being patience since it’s only 1 worker in the kitchen but 4 workers just standing by the register just talking. No customer was inside. I waited out the outside drive thru window for 8 minutes watching my burger sitting out. Once I got my food, I turned my car around immediately and walked into the store!! The buns of my cheeseburger was ROCK HARD! I asked for mayo, it was sooooooo sloppy!!!!!!!! The bread was so hard, you could hear me knock on it!!!!! I wasn’t my point on that burger! I didn’t even want to waste time for a remake!

I like McDonlad’s but this visit was just ok. The line was long and I wait long time. Staff were smiley, wich is nice, but not so fast. Dining room look mostly clean, but some tables not wiped and napkings ran out.
My Big Mac tasted fine, sause was good, bun was a little squished. Fries was hot first then become cold fast. I asked for no pickels, they still was there. Cashier was polite, the order still come wrong and took extra minutes to fix.
