Yeah go here pretty often and get the same drink too, sometimes 2 because my ol lady and we went here today and the lady like “oh yeah I’m make your drinks” after she rang me up, and I tip a dollar and yeah she make that shit not taste good i think she ain’t add the brown sugar and stuff, pretty lame because yk it’s like $20 bucks for 2 drinks so definitely a bummer my lady ain’t even finish her drink and normally she will down that shiz so yeah that’s why I’m leaving a review bc I only get it make her 🙂 usually it’s good but this time

Ordered a Venti, received a grande. (Which I did order 2 drinks and one was Gr) when I told the young girl that took our order of the mistake she made it seem like I screwed up the order. As I was walking back to the table to wait.. I overheard another employee telling her staff to pour it in a Venti cup and add milk! Then the juveniles didn’t put my lid on all the way! I should’ve followed through and checked before I left the store, I’m sure that’s my fault too. S A D

Came here for advertised BOGO, was told I needed the Starbucks app, which was not in the advertisement. Download the app and completed the purchase but the cashier’s weren’t able to figure out how to apply my freshly downloaded app, so i received no credit towards our half dozen beverages. That being said, the coffees were tasty and building was clean. This is a pretty small location.

One star because I went there and I always go to Starbucks order the same drink and when I get to the window the “manager” was very rude opened the window rang me and my hubby a new one because we arnt allowed to get my drink in a trenta cup I always order it this way extra cold foam but guess what not only did I not get that extra cold foam he also didn’t give me my change how rude never going back to that starbucks again very poor customer service also i asked to use my pointa and he never did because he was to concerned on ringing me a new one wow its a 10 dollar drink and i cant fet a simple drink i ordered with out bad service i even said at the window i ordered extea cold foam and he was like i know thats what i said to them wrll if u knew being the manager then u shoukd have made my drink over and right.

I walked to Starbucks this morning for my coffee. The man behind the register was so kind and helpful. I wish I got his name, but he had red hair. Unfortunately the cold brew was down at the moment so he asked if an iced coffee substitution was alright, which it was. When the machine came back up he brought me out the original cold brew I had ordered which was awesome! I wish I could have left a tip through the app.
Atmosphere inside would have gotten 5 stars. Outside is a different story, the parking lot is a bit treacherous and there is a nasty dumpster you have to walk by; but thats really not in their control.

I frequent the Starbucks, but I have never received a service that I received this morning from Theo. What a wonderful attitude today I appreciate it so much since I woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning I’m kind of off. He definitely changed the trajectory of my day. I appreciate you so much Theo and I will be back. Keep making days brighter.

They are always so nice at the drive through window. We get the cutest messages on our cups! Also, they are great at making sure my drinks are lactose free, keeping me safe. Great baristas!
