February 23rd 2026 at 8:53 a.m. To the manager that we’re not leaving alone to the point I had to go wait in between the doors for my order. I did not mean to confuse you by asking if you wanted to reuse my small cup. I know people feel a certain way when they get confused- apologies. But don’t shout at me across the lobby when I’m trying to just leave the situation and wait for my food.

I absolutely HATE this McDonald’s location. No matter the time of day you go, it’s always busy yet they serve cold refried soggy fries. The burgers are mad greasy and the mc chickens are cold. I haven’t eaten at this location or any McDonald’s for 6mos. And here I am today, the literal same reason I stopped. We don’t eat this crap very often but when we’re busy and running errands and don’t plan very well, we end up in this drive thru. I think anyone who thinks highly of this location is delusional. The only locations that seem to serve fresh food all the time are those right off the interstate on north and south i29. Yeah just save your time and money.

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from here. This is my go-to McDonald’s as it’s close to my work. A couple weeks ago I stopped and got the 2 cheeseburger meal around 10:30pm, and by 2-2:30am I was sick – I will spare the details, but it lasted well over 24 hours. On Sunday night, October 26th, I went through the drive thru again around 10:30 and ordered the same meal. By 3-3:30am same thing – sick – again sparing the details. I’ve been in bed sick for 2 days and actually missed a day of work. I can’t keep anything down and am going to the doctor tomorrow. The staff that time of night is great. Fries are always hot and fresh. But I don’t think it’s a coincidence that twice now, within two weeks, I’ve eaten the same meal, ordered at the same time frame, and gotten sick within hours of eating it, and been sick for over 24 hours. I know there’s only one or two people working late nights and I suspect they cook a bunch of food so they have it ready but aren’t holding it properly to keep the temperature correct. Whatever the case may be, I don’t plan on stopping again anytime soon. A $9.00 meal cost me 8 hours of wages and $100 for an office visit to my doctor.

Ordered breakfast at 10:16. Order was canceled right as I arrived to pick it up. Was rudly told I should’ve of ordered by 10 even though the cut off is 1030. Then told me that it timed out because they purposefully didnt accept my order. But that it’s “fine because I wasnt charged”. Horrible guest service. No sympathy or understanding. Take the extra 5 mins and go to the one in Morningside. They at least don’t turn away customers.

I recently ordered from McDonald’s and was very disappointed with the experience. I ordered two cheeseburgers, but when I got home, one was missing from my bag. Mistakes happen, but when I called the store to politely explain the issue, the employee on the phone hung up on me before I could even finish speaking. This is not how customers should be treated. I expect better service and basic courtesy, and I hope McDonald’s addresses this kind of behavior.

Ordered two $5 meals…15 min? Seems like top long, added lettuce and pickles, charged 70¢ and didn’t receive either… Nuggets could not be any older. Double cheeseburger was cold. I don’t even know how all of those mistakes were even possible and it’s such a simple order.
