I saw this place on TikTok some months ago and decided to plan to go here for our anniversary. You can note a special occasion if you’re making a reservation. I made a reservation for 7:30. We arrived about 45 minutes early and were able to be seated right away. They have a sign up front where they so kindly noted peoples birthdays and anniversaries. We were immediately greeted by our server Lilee who was attentive but not overboard which was great. You select your cheese ( bruschetta jack ftw) and it comes with fruit veggies and breads. For the entree you get a hot rock to cook your meat on. I do wish the meats were more seasoned. About halfway through dinner you get a selection for the chocolate fondue. We went with the s’mores which was recommended on Google and also by another server at the restaurant. The place is decorated for the holidays right now and was super cute and great for photos! If I came back I would do cheese and chocolate and try their highly recommended drinks. $37 PP for the expert trails option. Totally worth it

First time at the Colorado Fondue Company. Before I get to a detailed review, I say this place is definitely worth a visit. From the atmosphere, the food and the value it is a great choice for a special meal with the family, friends or business associates. Although a specialty restaurant, the prices here were very reasonable for what you get.

This place is really cool. The atmosphere is like a restaurant one would find in a mountain town – fashioned from an old home or building and made into a restaurant. Reminded me a bit of a place in Idaho Springs, CO. Besides the mountain town atmosphere, they decorate this place to the hilt for the holidays. We went at Christmastime and were instantly put in the holiday mood. I stopped by around Halloween and it was like a haunted house.
The menu has a choice of prix fixe multi-course meals (“Trails”) or a la carte options. We went for one of the multi-course Trails consisting of soup or salad, choice of cheese fondue, a set main course meat/vegtables and finished with a choice of seasonal chocolate fondues. Portions were just right. Soup and salad were a great introduction and were complimented with fluffy and lightly butter-flavored rolls. We opted for the original cheddar fondue. Thought it a little bland at first, but sparked it up with the accompanying garlic-herb seasoning. It came with broccoli, carrots, fruit, bread and tortilla chips. Next was the main meat course. Ours had 1 pork, 2 beef (including a sirloin and melt in your mouth filet), 1 juicy chicken, several shrimp and a sample of ravioli. Although not noticeably seasoned, all the meats were very flavorful. These are served with a piping hot stone to cook on, a broth for the vegetables and ravioli and a variety of sauces. Lastly, for dessert we chose the Rocky Mountain Mocha Melt substituting a decadent dark chocolate for the base milk. This was a great way to finish off the meal. We all felt we had more than enough food. And I almost forgot the offering of basic and seasonal beverages (alcoholic and non).

I highly recommend this place – even if it’s out of your way, it is well worth it. (We drove about 40 minutes from south of Orlando). I hope to return someday.

So I had never been to a fondue place before, I had no clue what to expect. I was incredibly and pleasantly surprised at just what an amazing experience it was! Our server Ryan was top notch, very informative and pleasant.
The food was definitely amazing!
I’m more about the experience than the actual food but luckily I got both. I’ll say it’s definitely not cheap but I think it’s worth it.
The value for the experience alone is definitely worth it.
We did the expert option! Which if you can afford it I suggest it.
It gives you the most for the money. The only thing I can possibly say even remotely negative is they’re so busy you have to make a reservation far in advance and I’d like to see something like smoked sausage or maybe pepperoni or something like that added for the dipping options.
I’ll end with a thank you to the Colorado Fondue company and Ryan for an amazing experience!

First of all, I wish I could give 5 Stars, this was one place that we drove one hour to go and hour to go to back on Sunday.

Tried to reserve trough resy but just appeared late time like 8;30, when arrived there they had plenty of tables, so reservations isn’t necessary.

Tha atmosphere it’s cool, we chose the experience with cheese, meat and chocolate.

The cheese was ok, but cheap ingredients. The meat part was good, beside the shrimp that were dirty.

The chocolate one was normal.

Overall I would go because of the atmosphere, not the Ambience.

If I’m not wrong price was about 40 pp excluding tax, drinks and tip.

We had an amazing time!
Our server, Kevin, was very attentive and knowledgeable. He was more than happy to answer any questions we had and checked in on us regularly. He brought out extra stones to cook our meat and made sure to switch them out if they were getting cold.
The price was great and you’re definitely getting your bang for your buck here (we got intermediate). The cocktails were also priced very well and were very tasty. We left feeling absolutely stuffed and still had leftovers!
The decorations for Halloween were amazing and definitely lived up to what we saw online.
Some of the previous reviews mentioned they left hungry or their stones got cold, but that was definitely not our experience. Management clearly cares about their customers as we didn’t see any of the same issues that the negative reviews mentioned.
Overall our expectations were exceeded and we would definitely come back!

I visited for my mother’s birthday and was very disappointed. Even after calling ahead about being 15 minutes late, we were told we might be rushed, though the next reservation wasn’t until two hours later. The $34 “expert trial” was underwhelming—raw meats, specifically chicken, shrimp, filet mignon, and sirloin served together with unclear instructions, questionable freshness, and cheap sides like store-bought bread and chips. Dessert was just as poor, with Chex mix, frozen pastries, and flavorless chocolate. Service was inattentive with no refills or guidance. Also, alerted restaurant in advance it was my mom’s birthday. No happy birthday song or dessert on the house, just a simple candle in a store bought cut up pound cake. We spent about $100 in total and left feeling it was completely wasted. While the décor is nice, the food and service do not match the price. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return or recommend this restaurant.

I’ve been here for a few occasions, birthdays and anniversaries, it’s been amazing each time! The drinks are amazing and the servings are perfect for two. The service was great. I made a reservation a few days in advance, arrived 10 minutes early and was seated immediately.

I’d avoid this place and go to The Melting Pot. I don’t know if it was because the restaurant was “at capacity” (we had reservations), but the broth wasn’t hot enough to efficiently cook the meat and the stone is a gimmick. I’m hoping we don’t have food poisoning tomorrow. My favorite part were the cream puffs served with the lukewarm chocolate peanut butter fondue that were clearly only a couple hours out of the freezer given how cold the cream inside was in both. Oh, and we didn’t taste any peanut butter. My wife did get something crispy inside of the chocolate peanut butter fondue that she was praying was chocolate peanut butter. Praying. Oh, forgot to mention the cheese fondue was cold. That pitiful Sterno can flame it’s served over didn’t warm it up efficiently.

Great family dinner tonight, our server Kevin was the best! He explained everything to us since it was our first time at Colorado Fondue. He made sure our questions were answered, our cooking stones hot and our glasses full.
Food was great, plenty of it, easy to cook.
We had cheddar fondue and Munster mash fondue, also the butter nut squash soup (my favorite, with subtle mushroom flavor) and of course the main course, 3 different kinds of meats. We didn’t care for shrimp, so we substituted for more meat.
We’re definitely coming back for Christmas dinner as soon as it comes out.
