If I could give this place negative 20 stars I would. I bought a combo beef. They gave me an Italian sausage and two slices of beef on a 7-in bun. For $10, I have been to many places and ordered a beef sandwich and this will never be one of those places EVER! It seems to me that all they know how to make is thick doughy pizza that is mediocre at best.

When I tell you it’s the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I mean that. Just a glance at the back of the joint in the make line was a MOUND of raw ground beef just dripping over the side of the line. The food is ok. There’s a lady with sharpie eyebrows that works there and she’s very rude and stingy! I asked for ONE EXTRA crushed red pepper just to tell me that it is limited and told me no with a chungus godzilla attitude. I asked her if I could pay for it and she rudely told me they were low. How does a pizza place run out of that. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this childish behavior.

14” Deep dish pizza costs 24 before tax. Ordered online and there was no description of what was on it at that price. Turns out it was just a cheese pizza and the breading underneath and crust was very hard. Pizza took 10 more minutes than they said it would too.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at Di Nico’s Pizza in Berwyn. The lady with short hair working the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was completely ignored while she served multiple customers who clearly came in after me. It was frustrating and made me feel unwelcome. She seemed to have issues and certainly lacks the basic customer service skills needed for that role. I will be telling everyone I know about this poor experience and advising them to avoid this location. Be careful if you go there.

The food was good but I was given the wrong order. I asked for a slice of sausage and cheese pizza they gave me a slice of cheese pizza. When I called back to inform them of the issues I was told by the manager “That’s I charged you for”. Please pay attention to your food before you leave the restaurant I visited the restaurant in Berwyn. Driving back to Berwyn from the south side of Chicago will not be happening at 1:00 in the morning.

This place has some good za i would say they are average. If you order the slice you actually get 2 slices which is a good deal the slices have no comparison to an actual round pizza the slices have a different flavor to be fair. If you get a whole za ask for it well done, extra thin, tweak it to your liking. Moz sticks are good as well i would come back since its near me back just because they are consistant.
