Everytime I order DoorDash I don’t get the sauces I asked for. Specifically asked for horsey sauce and got Arby’s sauce. Receipt says horsey sauce. Why can’t your employees read???

My fries were nice and hot delicious and they are usually a hit or miss. I got the ham and Swiss and it had decent amount of meat and taste fresh. Hubby got 2 for himself he said the evening staff was a young friendly crew said a young man did order employee name in recent was kallie . Great staff on Sat jan 31 between 639 – 720 pm

If I could give service a zero I would. Stayed in like damn near 15 minutes for lady in front of me to get two bags of food and then to sit there and wait while they talked. Absolutely ridiculous. It isn’t highschool it isn’t a social hang out. Get your food and get out of the line. Lady in the window needs to be retrained in moving the line. Especially with a full drive through in such a small area. Won’t return.

I am judging this location’s food by what I expect from an Arby’s. They are average about that.
The employees here are pretty friendly and welcoming, and often pretty efficient and quick to get orders out. I will just note that sometime with takeout orders we have had errors.
I miss when restaurants actually devorated and tried to distinguish from each other. The last remodel of this place has gone the way of drab box location, and they got rid of the distinctive big hat logo for a boring word sign. They even changed it to a sterile overused font. At least they keep the place fairly clean.

Arby’s is quick with their orders. I ordered my food and had it ready within 5 minutes. The shakes are also quite good, I had a small, and enjoyed it.
I did discover I don’t care for the brisket sandwich. My suspicion is that I am simply not a fan of brisket, and Arby’s are innocent of this. The bread was good, and the meat was fine enough. Arby’s sauce is Worcester sauce with ketchup.
Then there’s the atmosphere. They have a tree with ornaments in the middle of the floor. The softwoods and colors of the leather on the chairs and tables made the tree very prominent. I enjoyed that.

So they lost my order and tried telling me I was at the wrong location even tho I had a receipt for this location? They were able to finally find my food somehow and my order. Management is incompetent avoid this place they don’t even give you the right order.

The restaurant is clean and looks nice.
I went in and ordered a beef n cheddar and a ham and Swiss. Two sandwiches.
The wait for said sandwiches was at least ten minutes, which is ridiculous, and both had barely any cheese and lacked flavor.

Clean restaurant. Welcoming for a 5 year old. We were helped by older employee named Kelly. She was so friendly and attentive and patient with our 5 year old ordering. Great service. Didn’t love the Mac and cheese bites. It’s the recipe. The other food was all great.
