I like Culver’s and go often but every time I stop at this location the customer service isn’t the best. I can’t get lots of refills, and when I got a free scoop of ice cream for the survey on the receipt, first the guy said I need the whole receipt when a part was torn, so I came back and got it, and then the guy said so can’t get a Vanilla and one topping. Brother he then gives me a little scoop and with bare vanilla ice cream and it’s like half a scoop for like it is a dang sample.

Had a freebie coupon for this Peony location, Culver’s. I can’t eat very much food, but we got lots for leftovers. Food was hot and made correctly. All the employees were really nice. Clean women’s bathroom. We had a B1G1 free double deluxe butterburger. Was about $16.xx.

Culver’s overall is always known for hospitality, and we have visited many Culver’s restaurants with our family of 6. This was one of the best experiences we’ve had yet in terms of service, friendliness and having our order served to us correctly. We will definitely add this to our stops on future road trips.

6/21/25 The picture of this Double burger is from the Quinwood Ln, Plymouth location. No comparison from this store, better taste and not greasy. If your food doesn’t look like this burger, it’s not freshly made.
Update- no change awful meat patties greasy because their pre made sitting it its grease, this store is the worse. Culver’s prides itself it’s food on being freshly made. However, this store makes in advance the fries, so they sit in the heat lamp drying out. Also, the hamburger patties taste like they soak in its own grease, which happens when they are made in advance. You can tell the difference when they are busy, food doesn’t have time to sit, that’s when it tastes the best. Too often this stores food tastes bad in comparison to the expectation Culver’s supposedly sets.

This culver’s use to be one of the better ones. But lately it’s gone downhill. Three times now they’ve forgotten items I’ve ordered. And just tonight there’s was hair in my burger. Which was disgusting.

I love it here. The food is always good. The ambiance is nice, clean and family friendly. Culver’s is a fast food restaurant that’s more like a regular dine-in restaurant. Just a step above what you’d expect. This particular location is especially nice. Oh, the frozen custard is a MUST any time of the year! Cheers!

Just realized that Culver’s charges for Ranch dressing for Cheese Curd’s when ordering for my daughter….I was so appalled and disgusted with this. Now the charging pendulum of ridiculous service charges and fees has hit the fast food industry!!!!! All for greed and making the rich richer. I am so fed up with this from all businesses that find AND CREATE ways to charge you for regular customer service actions/items that used to be free.
With 3.28 billion in sales for 2024 it just disgusts me.

Great location, right next to both my dogs Day care/dog hotel, Fur Baby Barn (also highly recommend), so I always stop by for lunch before picking them up. The mushroom and Swiss isn’t bad, love the fries and cheese curds. Ill have to try more sandwhiches here, esp. the fish one.
Frozen Custard was actually tastier than DQ blizzards.. pretty sure haha both are good though.

Nice looking clean resteraunt. Pretty quick at getting food out usually 3-5minutes inside. Burgers always made fresh and i havent had old/cold fries here ever. Quality made sandwiches consistently:)
