I had an early morning project and stopped into the WestCovina,California McD’s unit # 11865.
This restaurant was sparkling clean and the servers very friendly for 5AM in the morning! My order was perfectly made and a great experience!

I stop by for coffee and to use their restroom toy surprise, not only the parking lot was clean but when I step into the restaurant besides the unique aroma of freshly brewed coffee but most of all the beautiful panorama of having fresh natural flowers on each table. Not only beeutifies the place but awakens the soul. that catch my complete attention .it was something that I haven’t seen in a fastfood place. AndYES THE RESTROOM was spottless all around and those wooden doors contrast perfectly . I congratulated the manager in charge I forgot to get her name but the place look amazing. GREAT JOB…!

The manager was very rude and the on shift staff were not helpful. I was waiting for my order that I had placed online and had to wait over 30 minutes in the establishment but never received food. I asked a worker who I presume was the manager since she had a blue shirt if she could check on my order but she told me “l don’t have time just wait. My friends and l were in shock and my triend asked her a second time 10 minutes later and she was even ruder this time. I asked a young gentleman about my order and he said he would check on it but never came back sol had to leave with no food and felt frustrated due to the staff’s attitude. Also I overheard another lady not get an apple pie she asked for and they were rude when she asked for a refund. If I could this place would get 0 stars from me since the management is terrible and all of the employees are rude to customers. They act as if they are running the army yelling at customers so please if you want an experience similar to the navy come to this McDonalds and you will be berated and yelled at just as much. Everyone have a great day and stay far away from this establishment. Thank you very much.

Nice restaurant.
Placed order by the screens, waited 20 minutes. Turned out that they gave out our order to someone else (( who must have enjoyed all meals, chicken nuggets and more. It was a big order). Waited another 10 minutes,. We give them the receipt, pack it wrong and instead question the order. Not okey.
It’s ordered by their own screens so it should be correct right? And why don’t they check the table number to the receipt when they hand out the food?
Not going back to this restaurant again.
If we got an excuse or something? No. Nothing.

Great customer service and clean restaurant. Came here Saturday morning around 8:30am to eat breakfast and the cashier at the front was super nice. She took my order and delivered it in a timely fashion.

Out of the chicken sandwich again
1 month wait, 3 wings beans & rice was fair. Really wanted the sandwich drove 20 minutes in traffic to get it. The line in drive thru wasn’t bad, that was a plus.

Perfect time to go. Nobody was there. 3:30 4:00. Absolutely amazing but it is really hard and and difficult to get the freeway and be on the correct side. The arrows and the signals and the to be on this side to be on that side was a little difficult but I made it back home

It was late but they give really good service , and very helpful with their kiosks. I was in and out unless then 5 minutes, their restrooms were very clean and it felt safe on my visit.
