This was the first time I ate at this location and I really liked it! The cashier that helped me out was super friendly and everything was a good price. It only took about 10 minutes for my order (it was carry out), so that was nice. As I waited I had some of their vanilla ice cream, and when I got home the sandwiches were still warm. I was super impressed. The salmon sandwich was very flavorful, I loved the bread, and the caprese panini was also pretty tasty. You can never go wrong with a sandwich. Also, their potato salad was great! Overall, a lovely and quick experience.

Our first time in Jason’s Deli and everything was awesome. Diego took our order and he was patient with us gave awesome recommendations and even came to check on us towards the end to see what we thought of the food. Did not feel any pressure to hurry and took the time to explain the different options to us during the ordering process. The place was very clean even though there were a lot of people in the building they were quick to clean up after customers once they left. I hardly ever leave reviews because I don’t see the reason to when restaurant service is average but the service here really was above my standards.

7•15•25 wanted something different rather than my go to. First time we ordered the salad bowl and may I say very good I will re order these again. And do recommend them if you never tried them. Southwestern salad i ordered was super good and hubby ordered the blt avocado salad. Both impressive yet we asked for hot Chicken instead of cold. Thanks Jason Deli.
2•24•25 We decided to come and try their new pasta dish it is delish, but let me tell you, since its a new dish, I do recommend this aside from their honest error So it’s to have pasta, and they forgot to add it. Anyways I had to get up and ask, and they recon their error. I was just confused. I know I had read correctly, but I had to confirm it because I was confused, too. So I ask isn’t this fish to have pasta, and they said yes, we were so sorry we messed it up. I laughed about it. I said it was an honest mistake aside from a new dish they were so concentrated on the rest of the ingredients that go on top of the pasta. Yet it was good even without the pasta. Overall, they redid my order, yet I was dumb enough to forget to retake the picture. But you get the idea of how it is. It is not Alfredo sauce it’s totally different, and I will order it again another visit. Here is the picture. It is a new dish cheesy. Truffle Pasta must try spinach, mushrooms, cheese & pasta. So good
When you order off the menu, you expect what it’s said. I ordered the Smoked Jack Panini it has avocado, turkey, tomato, and cheese on a panini bread. I expect avocado it did not say a smudge of avocado as if you wiped the knife on the bread. Or you added it as if it was Pesto come on y’all get wid it. To begin, the sandwiches are pricey. You go in and expect a nice made sandwich for what you pay for. Was just disappointed they need to pre-review the menu or retrained to make their sandwiches, guys. Here’s my proof what I mean where the heck is the ..I’m sure if it was for you on the other end I bet it be nice and pretty of a sandwich and made sure you didn’t omit any ingredients. ♀️ get with it, yall. 2nd review comes on yall seriously… BROWNSVILLE location I give this place a chance, and yet I come back for the same. Everything: no improvement on servings, either very shysty or none sometimes cold not hot as it says. So yeah, I get irritated. Sometimes, I feel this place doesn’t do for the customer at all. I went yesterday and asked for the turkey wrap it was more of a spinach wrap i mean ♀️ man it had a lot of spinach, but where the heck is the turkey that really annoyed me. I didn’t have the time to complain because I only had 35 minutes and left. Anyway, consistency is always the same, NOT ENOUGH. Get wid it after all what it’s priced for.. you get more out of a turkey Panini than the turkey wrap. y’all need to fix that.
☆☆Tho I may add I want to give a shout out to a very nice gentleman always with an awesome attitude his name is Enrique he cleans up the tables idk what’s his position but, many should be as friendly and courteous many should learn a thing or 2 from him. so I thank him for being very polite and with an awesome attitude in what he does and offering his services in anything. He is very hospitable, so thank you Enrique y’all should take care of good staff… I’m not saying you have a bad staff. Just stating the facts, he stands out and works hard with a smile on his face. And greets everyone.☆☆

When I feel like I need to eat something healthy this is my go to place. The first time I went i loved it so I had to go by again & I sure did. I can say that the first time I was there it was better as in customer service wise than the second time.The cashier that was there made me feel pressured in a way for me to order fast when there wasn’t even a long line. They have so many food options I was indecisive on what to get so since I felt pressured I ordered something random I didn’t really feel like trying. For the salad bar just for 1 plate it’s about $11 so I would recommend on making your meal a combo….be sure to ask if with your meal u can get the salad bar since they would give u chips instead of the salad plate. THEY HAVE FREE ICE CREAM !!!!

I placed an online order for pickup at 4:02pm and the pickup time provided was 4:17pm. I understand at time places can get busy so I arrived around 4:27pm. My order (salad & soup) was not ready and at 4:38pm it still wasn’t ready. Had to cancel my order because 30 + mins for soup and salad is ridiculous. No one gave me updates other than when I first arrived. No one apologized for the wait. Terrible service.

Food is amazing. Just what sucks in that establishment is the management. The managers have a blue shirt on and both of them always have a serious face with the most unpleasant attitude. Both the girl and the boy. She’s always in an attitude and looks like she doesn’t want to be there. Other than the management it is good. If the management was different I would go back even though the food wasn’t good to try something new. But the blue shirt management people are nasty.

Nov 2024- always a lunch stop when in Brownsville. Today, the Texas size spud was truly as big as Texas, filled with brisket. It was great and filling. The service us always prompt. The atmosphere is clean with a friendly environment. These guys do a great job

What’s not to like? It was here that I discovered black currant tea. Such a great flavor to savor with your meal! I always enjoy their soup, and ice cream dessert.
It’s still the same food, except their tortilla soup is gone and the prices have gone up a bit. Their chicken noodle soup is pretty tasty.
