Came here for a birthday party and they really know how to help people celebrate. Food was decent and came out relatively quick given how busy they were. There was a green salsa on the side that tasted interesting but I personally did not like it and ended up using the table salsa instead. Burrito was surprisingly good and super filling as well.

Before getting into this review, it’s important to highlight the only good that came from this establishment. My sister and I came here to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and the waitress gave him a churro cheesecake on the house; and he said it was “pretty good”, so I appreciate the dessert. Anyways, this was one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. Walking in, the designs of the wall are hilariously low quality jpeg uploads and just a mess of pixels. In the inside, there’s just a giant ai-generated photo; no authentic artwork or creativity. I got the ‘Surf and Turf Burrito’; which was advertised as having steak, shrimp, rice, black beans, and salsa; and also paid extra for rice and beans. 2 bites into the burrito I realized there were no black beans, and that the burrito had tomatoes, which was not highlighted on the menu. Aside from missing the beans, the steak in the burrito was cold and the “shrimp” was very clearly just shrimps bought from a Costco and heated up. The extra rice and beans were horrendous, with absolutely no flavor and being such tiny proportions like I’m a soldier in WWII, not to mention the stale chips that were on the beans. My sister ordered the ‘Burrito Con Carne’, and probably got about 3 pieces of meat and the rest of the burrito was just all lettuce. The biggest offense, however, was that she bit down on a bone of all things. It’s not like we could have told our waitress because she took so long and rarely came to our table, even when the place wasn’t packed. Our father ordered the ‘sizzling steak fajitas’ which didn’t even come out sizzling and were super cold. It tasted alright but it was very clearly not fresh. Also, what kind of Mexican restaurant doesn’t have any aqua frescas selection; that’s super bizarre. When getting the check, we were hit with a credit card charge despite not even saying we were paying with card, nor any heads up from the establishment that there was an extra charge. If you want real, tasty, and authentic Mexican food; just go to the Southside of Chicago or go to the taco trucks on Wabash and Van Buren 2 blocks away. One of the worst feelings in life in spending money on food and the food being disgusting; but unfortunately that was the case here.

Really underrated spot. Came in late on a friday night and the vibe was exactly what we were looking for. We sat on the third floor by the window and the view and lighting was so nice. I was also surprised how fairly priced drinks and food were for being right down town. On top of it all, service was great and our drinks were a nice amount of strong. No complaints. Will be returning.

The decor was so remarkable! It give such island vibes! Feels almost like you are on a resort. Colorful seating little palm trees and misting fans. The food was very delicious . I ordered the steak fries. The chips and salsa was great as well. The service was pretty good as well. Overall pretty good experience . I highly recommend this rooftop for great weather. They also have tvs so you can watch the games. Will definitely be returning soon.

First impression: Loved the decor! I was bummed that the rooftop wasn’t open but they said come back in a week or so. I came to the rooftop back in June & it was lit for happy hour! The music was on point! I had the chips & guac! To start super tasty! & the Strawberry margarita was on point! For my meal I had the steak burrito super good as well! The server recommended me a Mexican candy shot. Tasted just like a watermelon paleta 10/10! Service 10/10 I think my servers name was Karen. Was pretty busy for a Saturday night. Cant wait to come back to the rooftop this summer!

This place is dope! Cynthia took care of us as soon as we arrived. We were at the rooftop portion of the restaurant. They have heaters which made it really comfortable for my fiance on a cold day. Food is great, and drinks were flowing. The music and vibe was great!

Honest review:
It’s not the worst rooftop bar. We came on a Wednesday night and the hostess and waitress were both pleasant. The entire experience was just underwhelming, the music was too loud and not really hitting the vibe check. Our wings were ok, a bit overcooked. The chip and guacamole, again underwhelming. The best part i would say are the drinks, if you don’t like overly strong drinks this place does it well.

Open rooftop viewing the south loop trains. Very friendly staff, delicious appetizers and drinks. We sat at the bar for the cool art work. Got a spicy marg with vodka.

I checked off my first visit this week during Happy Hour.

Food: I had The Lemon Pepper Wings and they were good! I’m not a fan of huge big wings and these were perfect! No complaints at all.

Drinks: I had a Peach Margarita that was delicious and had a kick (strength wise LOL) to it!

Service: Good! No complaints at all! I can remember the server’s name but she was great!

Atmosphere/Ambiance: It gave me that after work/Summertime vibes for a rooftop.

Final Thoughts/Recommendations: I’d definitely return and would recommend.
