I went to the sports bar restaurant for lunch today. I had lunch with my wife. The drinks and meals were served quickly. The meals were delicious. The most important thing was CHRISTI’s thoughtful hospitality.

Slow, staff not very attentive. 35 minutes to receive appetizer. Over an hour for food. I saw people walk out cause they got tired of waiting to be acknowledged and seated. Management needs to do some serious training. Bartender was also waiting tables so had to wait for my drink. Just not a great experience.

They were having a rough night. I hope this isn’t typical but I can only speak to my experience. Ran out of simple things like salad and lemonade. Dropped our food and had to redo it. Weren’t sitting people despite numerous open tables that stayed open. I don’t plan to go back.

I would give them 0 star if possible. This place should be replaced by Oliver Garden already. All the server that are working here has very arrogant attitude – I almost thought I owned them money or some kind. Our server (a short white guy with glasses and sassy hair) is the worst server which I have ever met – rush request, 0 refills, and he only showed up twice. I even had to go to the bar area to ask for a refill by myself and yet he gave me a glass of water instead of my Pepsi. The food is very awful too and everything was pre-made. All they do is to re-heat and put on the plate. Also, I saw there were 4 delivery guys who were waiting for the orders to come out – 20mins and I have finished my meal but those 4 people were still waiting. Literally every single server ignored them on purpose. And one of the guy finally caught one, which is the same server that we had, he was asking about the status of the order but the server responded “if you do not want to wait, then I want you to leave this place”. I felt bad for those 4 delivery guys and I finally know the reason to which my orders in the past never delivered on-time and my Dasher always stuck here for a long time – they get ignored completely! Seriously, stay away from this place and eat somewhere else because you deserve better food and services!

Ordered a simple drink from bar was horrible. Order a hamburger plain and to be well done was very pink mashed potatoes were cold. Waiter never came back again after I sent back drink, food I never ate extremely disappointed especially since they weren’t busy.

The dinning area is disgusting and filthy. Food crumps under and on every table. They had just cleaned us a table and when we went to sit there was garbage on the floor and my daughter’s seat had red sauce all over it. The appetizer. Buffalo wings smelt funny and were hard as a rock. Send them back and was told we would get a new order. Order never came. The kids meals sucked. The chicken strip meal was just three tiny microwavable chicken strips and for some reason like Half a pint of yogurt and one half of a straw Barry. Really weird choice. The chicken we ordered was cooked ok But all the seasoning was raw and you could tell they just dumped the chicken grease back on it to make it look like it was cooked together. I came back one time after Seven years of never stepping foot in one. This is it I will never be back.

I often get the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. Good flavor and straight forward. Chicken was way over cooked and beans were as well. Soggy as can be. Potatoes not warm. Was disappointed to say the least

I always come to Wednesday night specials for kids with my children, the magician is awesome! But not so much the service. I ordered my kids food, and adult beverage. My kids received their food, all while I’m waiting 40 mins for a chicken Alfredo. The server didn’t come to check on us, did not once acknowledge our presence until I had to finally complain about not getting my food at all. 0/10 will not recommend.

Took 20 minutes before a server showed up and another 20 just to get drinks. We left after an hour without any food. We still had a 3 hour drive ahead of us. We had one and a half hours to eat lunch so figured we had plenty of time. Wasn’t a real big order either. Now we’re hungry and irritated! Terrible service!

Revisited Applebees tonight. Waitress was friendly, service was okay. I tried the Prohmburger which was deli ham on a single hamburger patty. It was okay, probably over priced like most of corporate america food. Sides were a joke, I got 3 onion rings and like 15 french fries. Free wifi 5g. Free soda pop refills…
