Manager on staff in the morning is extremely rude. Ignores people, gets an attitude over everything. I spent 15 minutes waiting on food, when I finally got my food, I told the manager I was still missing my frappe. She snapped “okay AND??? making that takes time, it’s coming, just calm down, damn!”
Mind you, I had already been waiting 15 mins!!!?
I will not be using this McDonald’s anymore, everyone in here in the mornings acts like they are annoyed by having customers.
For the price of what y’all charge, it’s ridiculous to come into a store and get treated with such hostile attitudes, SIMPLY for being a paying customer.
Also…. It’s pouring rain and this location has multiple roof leaks… That’s super nasty and dangerous… I saw one in the lobby and two in the food service areas….

The atmosphere from manager on duty is very hostile. 9/28/25 at 7:30pm the so called manager on duty refused to give me a 10 piece nugget or a refund that I purchased that was not in the bag I drove back to explain to her and she said she will look at the camera but refused to let me see the footage. It only took about eight minutes to return to the store she was a brown skin lady with a wig on in her about early 40s. She will not give me her name or her bosses name, and Told Me To Call corporate do not come to this location when she is here I’ve come to this location many times and this is the first time I’ve had this horrible experience over my children’s dinner tonight. The lady was very rude and definitely not managed material!

I ordered three happy meals and two of them came without French fries. This is the not the first time I have been missing something from my order at this location but the first time I have called to complain. The manager was extremely rude stating “you’re gonna bring me my food and then you’ll get your fries”. I live far enough away that it isn’t worth my time but thought I would share that this McDonald’s (most if not all) doesn’t care about the customer. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will add that we went through the line when the restaurant was not busy and this error was still made.

Ordered 2 Smoothies & a shake. Was asked to park. After 25 minutes I went inside to ask about my Shake & smoothies & was informed they could not make the smoothies. Nuff said. Even fastfood deserves some form of courtesy right….maybe not. My mistake for going to McDonalds.

Everything about this mcdonalds is terrible. They never get the order right, and when they ask you to pull up, they forget you’re there! It’s a common reoccurrence. We got the wrong order, looped around, let them know (which mind you seemed to be a problem bc everyone was so confused?) were told to pull up and eventually we ended up just driving off after waiting 15 minutes for our corrected order. There was no one else in the line. No excuse. This has happened more than just a couple times. Beware, there is no way to get a refund through the app either. 0/5 ⭐

This McDonald’s is a laughing stock. When I say that I am not joking, I have Been living in South Carolina Simpsonville/fountain Inn for My entire life. I’ve been to this McDonald’s many times, but never in my own car and have not experienced problems. When coming to McDonald’s for the first time in my own car with my friends, I pulled off from the drive-through window checked my bag to see if I had the correct food and they had given me the incorrect order, I literally did not have my moneys worth. In a literal sense, they robbed me of my money. .. And this isn’t even the craziest part, when telling the lady I was missing some stuff she proceeded to walk inside after giving another customer their food and helping them she grabbed a young male probably in his mid 20s much larger than me older and probably strong I told him what was going on. He said he couldn’t do anything about it, he proceeded to “press me “for absolutely no reason, he threatened me, telling me to get out of the car and said many ridiculous things. This is completely unacceptable behavior and this McDonald’s is almost all one star reviews, I spun back through the drive Asking for a manager immediately, a random person came to the mic telling me that the manager said that I can have a good day and to leave. Not only did I get a salted by a 6 foot two large dude that probably would’ve beat my ass, I also experience, disgusting food, horrible management, and the environment and atmosphere was extremely negative and frustrating . I have been going to the McDonald’s in fountain inn and ever since I got my car, for almost 2 years now And I have never had any incorrect orders, And if I was ever missing something they would give it to me immediately no questions asked, That goes to show how incompetent this McDonald’s in Simpsonville is. I 100% believe that this McDonald’s should be shut down, ever since that day I got it all on dash cam I have been considering suing. This place needs to be shut down immediately

0 stars if I could. Stopped by at 8:20 the night before Thanksgiving. It started with the lady taking my order. She was extremely impatient and rude over the intercom. She snapped at me when I asked a question in regard to my order. “We heard you. We got it.” in a very pushy rude demeanor. As I pulled up to pay, I overhead her discussing with another employee “I don’t even care I’m turning these lights out at 8:30” (even though they had a sign stating they were closing at 9 this evening). The lights got turned off as multiple people were in the drive through and she quit taking orders at 8:30…many people in line got out of line and left due to this. Not only that, the wait took forever…7 out of the 8 reserved waiting areas were occupied with people waiting for food. I’ll never come back to this McDonalds and the lady working the intercom definitely doesn’t need to be in customer service. 0 stars…never again.

Not sure about dine-in, but this spot has always come through for drive-throughs. Quick orders and turnaround. Spicy Deluxe chicken used to be the best, but last time I had it they went stingy on the sauce. Regardless, great place to pickup food quick.
