Only 5 ched r peppers when should be 6. Tater tots were over cooked. Bacon Cheddar Toaster came out on regular bun with no onion ring & burnt patty (when I pushed the red button to question, I was told “we must be out of TX toast”) – I had also requested no tomato. Wanted to try new pickle fries, but they were out. They were also out of chopped onions and had a sheet of paper over their ice cream selections, so I assumed those weren’t an option either – has happened before. Ordered a Rt44 Diet Strawberry Limeade, but got a Cherry Limeade – guess it’s my fault since I didn’t notice it on the order screen. Had tried to order ahead with the Sonic app, but they were not accepting advance orders. I love Sonic, but this was the worst experience

I have bought food from this Sonic for more than 4 years. I have repeatedly been disappointed in their preparation of their sonic blasts. I order the Reese’s Sonic blast. They are not cheap. I generally order a large. But after several visits I noticed that I had very few Reese’s in the Sonic blast. I began ordering the extra Reese’s which comes at an extra cost. Today I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 footlong coneys and a medium reese’s Sonic Blast. When I was handed my Sonic blast at the window I immediately noticed that it looked like regular ice cream with no Reese’s. The server at the window reassured me that it was in there. Normally they are sprinkled on the top. This looked like straight ice cream. When I went to eat the Reese’s Sonic blast I realized immediately that there was a VERY SMALL AMOUNT of Reese’s in the Sonic blast. I look up the telephone number online and called the store. However, the number is non-functional. So I went back to the website to find a way to contact Sonic concerning the issue. I found a number that I was able to text. I explained my situation. To compensate I was offered a $5 gift card to be sent to my home. The cost of the Reese’s blast, medium is $6.29. The $5 gift card would not have covered the cost.. not to mention the gas required to return to the store.
This is a very unprofessional way to handle a situation like this.
Based on this situation, I would urge customers to look closely at their orders to be sure that they have received what they have paid for. In my experience, when ordering a Sonic blast from this Sonic store, you are at high risk of not getting what you pay for.

Not a great experience. It took 20 minutes for our food to come out. My milkshakes were melted and all the server (who informed us she just clocked in) wanted to do was complain about the shift she just inherited. This was our 2nd bad experience in a row and I can’t say we will be returning any time soon.

Pulled up to a stall and placed an online order, after the order was made it went off the screen and nothing… I had to press the button and he said they were only drive through. I said you need to put out some signs, I clarified I had an online order he brought it out and it was the nastiest food! The breakfast burrito was so Greasy that grease was leaking out of the wrapper and soaking the 2 napkins that were in the bag. It was so greasy that I had to throw the whole thing away before it made me sick. And when he brought out the food he said nothing.. handed me the food and walked away, no sorry we forgot your order or anything.

Never coming back workers don’t know what they are doing my burger had lettuce sent it back made a new one two strikes your out plus had to repeat myself so many times as the speaker wasn’t working or the work is new whatever it is don’t go to this one make the 25 to 30 minute drive to yulee to save yourself the headache

I always find something nice to say everywhere I go… but this place has really just gone downhill. The service was slow, maybe understaffed, but none the less, we just ordered sonic blasts which were pitifully made with little or no care. The presentation was uninviting, barely even mixed, didn’t even fill the cup, and they don’t even top them with whipped cream and a cherry anymore? Yet they were still expensive! We haven’t been in forever and we will not be going back!

They use really fresh ingredients and it makes a world of difference. This has become our local go to for fast food.
Update: we waited 20 minutes on an order of Frys. After waiting 15 minutes on an order of mozzarella sticks that came out cold we left without the Frys. I don’t know what changed. 5 months ago this place was great but it seems the care has gone out the window.
