If this don’t explain, I don’t know what will but this is the most horrible experience I’ve had with Taco Bell. I probably will never have Taco Bell again after this. This is the only thing I’ve ever ate from Taco Bell. I will be in for a refund.

I just witnessed a store manager absolutely crushing it at Taco Bell, and I don’t care if her crew likes it or not. She is running the floor, making sure every order is right, getting in the crew’s business when needed, and keeping quality high. She’s on the line, leading her team, and ensuring customers leave happy.
I’ve been disappointed with service in Pennsylvania in the past, but today was different. This general manager is a powerhouse—fully in control, fully engaged, and fully committed to making her location run smoothly. She deserves all the credit in the world.
Her work ethic is clear, and she’s showing everyone what leadership looks like. Mad props, five stars, and a huge thank you for making my visit excellent. Keep it up!

DO YOU GUYS HAVE HEAT?! It’s always so freaking cold at this location. Even the workers are wearing jackets. One of them have thick socks on over the pants. Which you only do when you’re cold. It is currently 27° outside and I think it is just as cold in the building as it is outside, maybe even colder. I literally cannot feel my fingers after sitting in there for maybe 15 minutes eating. The food gets cold fast because of this. This is nice in the summer when it’s 80 or 90° outside but not in the middle of winter when it is 20 some degrees out.

I use to do drive thru breakfast 3 years ago or so, and enjoyed it enough to return often. Post pandemic I entered the restaurant on foot, and was surprisingly excited to see kiosks and an open welcoming place. So I ordered off the giant touch screen and tapped my Cash App card. Four minutes later “Matt, order …” and about the simplest, relaxed order is complete. Will return often as the restaurant is very clean and taken care of. The to-go rack near door is perfect. Great remodel here, keep this caring crew, and many more will return.

The staff yesterday mid morning were rude. Its fast food, so whatever. But the fact that they got the order wrong. The chicken quesadilla, was empty forb2 of the 3 sections, only chiken in 1 of the 3 cut sections.
The cheesy gordita crunch didnt come with the quac I ordered, and they didnt melt the cheese so when I went to open the wrapper to eat it. IT SPILLED ALL OVER! We spent $50.00 on this food to be disappointed.
No one inside, no one in front of us and no one behind us.
Its frustrating! I wont go back to these locations in wilkes barre area as the people who work them have made it really not worth my time.

I’m not sure how you order two cheesy bean and rice burritos and get two burritos without any rice. (But an extra side of cheese sauce!) Then, when you call to inquire if they ran out of rice, they say no they never run out of rice. So they just can’t read or follow simple directions then play coi. 0/10 for my cheesy bean soup.

2 of the shells were crushed, but at least they had something in them. Well something more than barely anything at least. Still not enough. This one was 100% in tact… but with pretty much nothing in it. Sometimes the tacos are so full they burst. Most of the time they contain what I consider a normal amount. This…. I wouldn’t pay 25 cents for this little meat, cheese, and lettuce. Yes, they were busy, but I’d rather wait another 5 minutes to get my food made the right way. This is just stealing peoples money.
