I’m sick at home in bed and my husband just ran out to grab Burger King for our family’s lunch. The service was quick, which is why I rated two stars. I ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese and I’m not sure what I received. Whatever it is, had bacon and tortilla chips and some sort of Mexican sauce on it and no cheese. It had definitely been sitting for over an hour because the lettuce was slimy and curled up wilted. The bun was soggy and brown and the wrapping paper was completely greasy on every part of it. The entire sandwich was ice cold. The Burger King is 10 minutes away and there’s no way I’m going to make my husband run back up and exchange it for the right sandwich. It’s very upsetting when you go out of your way to go to a place and they cannot get the order right. And what they served me was beyond foul. I can’t believe they would serve a sandwich that had been sitting that long let alone it being the completely wrong order.

Went to grab breakfast and was met with wonderful service from Rae. I asked if I could get my double croussandwhich with chicken and bacon rather than sausage and he accommodated, no problem. The chicken was dropped fresh and the sandwich was delicious!

It’s fine, rarely have any trouble with the order being wrong here and there have been some really nice employees, I live right across the street so it’s very convenient to get this and It’s always a mixed bag, either they’re the nicest people you’ll ever talk to or the most dead pan mean sounding people ever, it gets the job done though so that doesn’t matter much to me, it’s a fast food restaurant I can’t expect people to be happy and giddy lol it’s fine though I recommend it!

Prepare to be harassed by homeless people. One stood AT the drive through speaker and the staff did nothing. I never went back.

Extremely horrible experience. My fiancee and myself were standing to the left of the woman ordering cause we couldn’t see the menu. Sally, the manager, took the woman’s order and then went in the back to i guess make her food or something cause the girl at the drive thur came over after 5 minutes to see if anyone had been helped and I said no. Then Sally came back to the woman whose order she took and they proceeded to talk about a quarter the customer had. Then the drive thru girl came over and took the people behind us order at which point I said screw this I’ll go some where that wants my business in front of the manager. I didnt get a “is something wrong” from the employee or manager as I was leaving. I feel like I was being judged by the staff and that’s why they took the people behind us order before us. I couldn’t leave a food rating for this one because I got my burger king else where.
