I’ve given this place multiple chances Everything they serve that isn’t mashed potatoes in a cup isn’t fully cooked how it should be and if it was, they definitely put it in a microwave before they give it to us. It makes no sense how fried chicken Is completely pale not even brown at all from the fryer it’s Honestly Scary And you can’t even get a proper sprite more like seltzer water thanks for everything you do and how hard you’re working in there. Your day manager really needs to be trained on how to use rewards and what customer service is. I tried to redeem my points in the store and he refused to honor it. I told him that you’re unable to redeem points online and it had to be scanned in person. He still refused to help or rectify the issue. He’s the only one that I ever had an issue with and the night crew is always on point. When I showed him my points were gone, he looked at me like it was my issue. Just ridiculous! This truly makes me never want to support this location again.

Came here to get a 2 pc combo with fries spicy, asked was which was fresher she said both they just came up so cool, pay $10.09 get my food only the thigh was fresh and the drumstick was old,& dry the fries were old as well, go back in the lady I guess manager claims it just came up and actually rolled her eyes, (acting she personally paid the bill for frozen case of chicken) switching out the chicken for again chicken that just came up still wasn’t hot it was warm, the fries were just re-dipped in the grease chewy and greasy af. They need to shut this one down the food bland as ever not taste at all it don’t even smell good. I went back in to get coleslaw and a biscuit have to take meds with some substance but never again….

Got a 12 piece family meal. Chicken was brunt, dry and seemed old. Took it back to get fresh chicken the lady said she could not do it and gave me 3 pieces of chicken that was fresh. I order 12 pieces of chicken not 3. I will be contacting corporate to see how are able to operate this way. I have kids to feed. So $40 out of the window because the chicken was trash. Do better Popeyes!

I ordered a chicken meal with red beans and rice four piece chicken and a drink a biscuit and I ordered a strawberry pie and I get home. I live a little ways away and there was no pie and then when I tried calling like 10 times no one answers the phone
