You are saying a picture of a burger, we didn’t order by the way as they gave us the wrong one, with no MEAT! Gives a while new meaning to “Where’s the fake beef?” When my husband went up for the second time, because no one would answer the phone, he told them they gave him the wrong order, he tried to give them the wrong order back (with the meatless burger) to which he was told “We don’t need that back”. Well he waited for almost an hour for the replacement and only got it after going inside. When he went inside the last there argued with him and said “We need the other bag of food or we cannot give you what you ordered”. She argued with him and actually got mad at him! He was just trying to get out son the correct order.
This location is a joke! They don’t care about quality, service or anything else for that matter. I worked at McDonald’s when I was in high school and I will say Ray Kroc is rolling over in his grave! Get it together people!!! It’s not that hard to give decent food, give good service and treat people with some respect!!!!!!!!

I order by app and still hade to wait 20+ minutes. I noticed when I got home they didn’t have my sauces or straws in the bag. At least my food was all correct. When I finally started eating my quarter pounder deluxe I noticed the middle of the meat patty was very pink.

1st there was only 2 persons In front of me to order. Took them too long to even take my order, ordered hot spicy small fries and large sweet tea almost $10 when its around 6 everywhere else i mean 4$ for small fries really. They kept going back and forward to issue me a refund for the fries, Then my sandwich was dry, lettuce looked old brownish, I just won’t come back here

Not sure what is going on with this particular location, but the last several times we’ve come here, they will take orders from multiple cars in one lane before going to the other lane. We started ordering thru the app curbside to try to avoid this frustration, but it will say our order is ready, then nobody brings it out for 20-30 min. The last time that happened, we walked inside to check on it and the bag was just sitting on the counter. When we asked where our order was, the employee just handed us the bag without even saying anything. The food was cold. Today, we decided to try the drive thru again, but after watching 4 cars in the other lane have their orders taken, we parked and went inside to order. No employees came to the counter so we were forced to order thru the kiosk. Been sitting here for 15 min waiting for my order as I’m typing this review.
If these things has happened once or twice, I would chalk it up to a bad night, new employee, or being short staffed, but these things have happened every single time I’ve come to this location over the last year.
Whoever is managing this store really needs to get it together.

7/10 is almost ALWAYS a wait. Just be ready to wait maybe 10-15 min. Mostly all the parking spots are taken up by people waiting on food, even a simple order they still make you wait. One time they actually forgot about my order, after a good 15 min I had to go inside and ask. They didn’t even start it lol. So another 5? Yeaaaaaa it’s always an adventure at this McDonald, never a hit or miss. Always a miss

Who doesn’t love McDonald’s? Their fries are always hot and fresh and their fish burger is the best around. I don’t care what anyone says. My first wife and I went in there for lunch the other day while we were shopping around for a new car battery for her and we had a wonderful lunch. Thank you McDonald’s sincerely, Joseph E. This 5 star review is for Employee Mike P & Mike P only. I came here the night of New Years as a last second decision & because mcdonalds was the only fast food open until 12am for whatever reason. Waited in the driver through line for over an hour, cars in front of me sat for 10+min then drove away. I get to the speaker with no response which i had no problem with because i decided to come here late and i assumed they were busy. After placing a mobile order i pulled forward to the window to check if anyone is working. I see only one employee working and he is calm and focused handling what he can handle considering the rush of impatient customers. Mike walks up to the window and asks how he can help us we told him our order number and he was very quick and efficient with our service. Not sure what they’re paying him but its definitely not enough with how he managed the whole store with the new years rush all by himself. But anyways mcdonalds food is McDonalds food but the service from this employee was superior.

I pulled up at 9:00 p.m. and gave them my online code. I had 10 chicken nuggets, a chicken wrap, a drink and fries. I sat there at the window for 15 minutes. When they brought me my food I vary politely asked what happened. Out of curiosity? The young lady then and for me that they just simply forgot about my order and that’s what they told her. How do you simply forget that there is someone in the Drive-Thru staring at you through the window as you all yell at each other and laugh and come get Powerade? Best part is by the time I went to leave they’re at least three or four other people that stacked up behind me and have been there for upwards of 12 minutes for the person directly behind me.

Ordered via mobile and waited 15 minutes for a simple order. The upload shows the supposed large fries and what looks to be a smashed double cheeseburger that I received …If I waited that long, I would assume my food would have been fresh. Not sure if staff were genuinely unaware (which I highly doubt) or just lack any skills but do better. You guys have a 2.9 rating for a reason.
