I visited this Wendy’s and ordered a $6 Biggie Meal, but I was charged $7.09. I did not request any size upgrades or modifications. When I asked the cashier if that was the correct price, she told me yes. Some people go back in and change the comp price to get the money at the end of the night.
After pulling off, I realized the total didn’t match the advertised price even after taxes. I should have asked for a receipt, but I didn’t feel comfortable going back to argue after noticing employees at the window laughing while I was there.
This experience felt unprofessional and disappointing. Customers should be charged accurately and treated respectfully. I hope management reviews pricing practices and customer service at this location. It’s giving fraud.

The young woman who was working the front counter was so nice, cheerful, and patient. She took the time to explain stuff to my son who has autism. She was patient and kind. Everyone seemed happy and was working hard. The gentleman cleaning the dining area was friendly and kept it very clean. The food was good.

I go in a lot food is good I really like chicken wrap combos and The croissant, bacon, egg and cheese combo I like pretty much everything, but those are two of my favorite and the people are really nice to me and my food is made and is hot and I get it. The supervisors are great along with the workers. I never get tired of going to Wendys because it’s one of my favorite places to eat.

It wasn’t the cleanest and the front counter people didn’t seem to care for what they were doing, but the food was on point. I got a number 1. Single with a diet coke. I always forget to take a picture of my food. Maybe one of these days, I’ll jumpstart my brain, and I will post a dish photo.

Staff at the window seemed like they didn’t want to even be there. Got basically all of the incorrect food. didn’t receive the ten piece nuggets for one of the two combos i ordered. didn’t receive the baconator fries i paid an upcharge for on the other meal i got. received a baconator instead of a dave’s double.

Man these ppl SUCK!! In line 12 minutes for an ice cold burned to a crisp burger that couldn’t even melt that thick government cheese they put on top of it. With enough mayo to make a chicken salad. Cold hard fries and equally hard cold nugget. With a weird tasting coke to wash it all down. I do not care what time of day you come here it taste like they cook all of their food for the day at 7 am and leave it sitting on the grill until you order it later around 5pm or 8pm or 12 it’s the same meat.

On the 444, jr cheeseburger was completely cold and was missing lettuce and tomato.
I asked if lettuce and tomato was included on the burger because it IS on them from other Wendy’s and was told that I have to ask for it…
Looked at my $8 jbc meal and it had both lettuce and tomato.
Strange how it’s there but I didn’t ask for it, and the only difference between a jr cheeseburger and a jr bacon cheeseburger is bacon ?!?
There was no ice and no ketchup as well as no sprite (any flavor), closest thing was lemon lime lemonade.
Sweet tea had a scorched taste .
Wendy’s quality really dropped after Dave died but this visit is an all time low.

Asiago chicken ranch is what I ordered, but instead, I got this poorly made crap . How hard is it ? They even have pictures with colors and everything. The store was dirty . Workers cursing. Lines took too long . Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Tried calling to see if I could get this fixed. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone.
