All the times we have ordered from this we have never had portion problems and have always got what we have paid for. Except for tonight. This patato was smaller than a size of a t-ball. I mean I know times are hard but come on. I want what I pay for and I’m sure all there customers do so make sure you all check your alls food when you order it and pick it up.

Everything about this experience was unpleasant and the attitudes of the staff were just as nasty as the restaurant (with the exception of one manager). I normally go through the drive through and am often met with rude attitudes, missing food that was paid for, cold fries, or even somehow paying for the wrong car’s food. Today, I decided to go inside because the drive-through line was longer than desired and the lobby appeared almost empty. Inside, there was not an option to have a real person take my order….kiosk only. Since I was paying with cash, the screen directed me to go to the counter to pay. I proceeded to the only other counter in the store, which was the same one where the customers were handed their food. The employee standing there, as I approached, walked past me and when I turned around he was at the exact counter that I had just left, not saying anything, but just standing there, so I had to walk back over there. Later, as he was bagging the food, he was just wandering around with the items. Then sat the fries and burger on the counter and then said the potato was still in the oven and it would be another 5 minutes, even though it was longer. After waiting even longer, I mentioned to the manager that the fries in the bag were now cold. She grabbed the bag and tossed it on the dirty counter behind her. Everyone in the restaurant seemed to be ok with just wandering around with food items in their hands, rather than leaving it at the food station. At one point, I asked for my money back and the manager said “ok,” but then proceeded to offer a rude comment. Even asking for the location of the cups was met with rudeness. There was food allllllll over the floor, just laying around on many dirty surfaces, someone’s keys…yes keys… were sticking in the unwrapped/uncovered sliced cheese, sauce was dripping down the wall, all the trash cans were overflowing, and the list goes on. Just filthy. Pictures also posted to show the filth. This visit was just money and time wasted, because I couldn’t even bring myself to eat out of this establishment. I hope training on good customer service and maintaining a clean establishment are in order and coming soon. I will absolutely not be returning!

Undercooked chicken nuggets; the nuggets in my child’s meal were not fully cooked. Thankfully she asked me why they were mushy. I should have been more cautious since her fries were already slightly underdone, and the staff handed us our order quickly after another staff member said they were waiting on our fries and nuggets and if they should ask us to pull up.

This is the best Wendy’s in the area! I know that sounds crazy to say, but it really is different than all the other ones. The staff is super friendly and polite. Everyone smiled at me and made me feel like a celebrity!

I have visited this Wendy’s twice and the first time it was really good and the food was hot and my requests were followed. The second time I went through the drive through and asked for a kids cheeseburger meal, party in a separate container. I and vegetarian and was going to give the beef to my dog. They said okay, then I asked for the sandwich to have lettuce tomato pickle and cheese. I get my food and have the extra bag with the patty and then check my bag and there is no sandwich. I look at the party and they put the toppings I asked for on the patty. I had to go back through again and clarified, I still want the sandwich portion just patty in a separate container. And in the sandwich I want cheese, tomato, lettuce and pickle. The manager I believe made the sandwich I got and I was super grateful that I thought Iy was made right and when I opened up the sandwich it was covered in mayo with one slice of lettuce and tomato and no pickles or cheese. I have an egg allergy so the whole thing just went in the trash. I used a gift card as well and didnt get a receipt. I paid for a cheeseburger (4.69 in the app) and got a hamburger… So yea… Waste of my gift card. And I was also pretty concerned that they were slammed with three cars in the drive through..

Order a maple chicken breakfast sandwich, got home and opened my sandwich and there was no bacon.. This is not the 1st time this happened but it will be the last! I’ll check my food before I leave

Had late night visit after driving all day and staying at a hotel down the road and the food I received at this location was perfect. It was fresh, hot and exactly how we ordered it. Definitely recommend this location.

Baconator, “ where’s the bacon???” Oh yeah a simple mess like this is so normal in this restaurant, if not the fries cold as frozen, chicken nuggets hard or cold have it their way… don’t forget ask for your soft drink please with normal ice on it please, every time is something incredibly not new.
