The food and service was great. We ordered ahead and food was ready when we got there. We at in the Chipotle and it was clean and tidy. My only complaint would be how little the straw was for the larger cups.

The ladies seem tired and overworked, the food is not bad but they seemed understaffed trying to complete several tasks at the same time. They keep the place clean, just not very friendly. But it’s understandable because one person or two are keeping up with the whole line and register.

Two full 1-2″ STEMS with roots. All lettuce was the white stalks most throw away. No Green. Hard avacado stem buried in guacamole, hurt my tooth. Submitted to corporate feedback and all they offered was a free drink. So here we are. Will stick to newer location. The people were nice, no complaint there.

I don’t know the names of those working here around noon on 2/6/26, but they did a fantastic job with my food! That was the best burrito I’ve ever had here! The chicken was PERFECT, absolutely delicious and juicy! 10/10

The service here was horrible! They treated my husband as if he was a huge inconvenience and slam items while making them. My husband came in and ordered a burrito, and bowl to surprise me for my 30 minute lunch at work. It was perfect because I was craving Chipotle for a couple days! When we started eating it was the worst chipotle I have ever had. I don’t know if they ran out of salt but nothing was seasoned (including the chicken) We were so excited for the cilantro lime rice and it was straight up white rice with a couple flakes of cilantro… no salt, no lime, almost 0 cilantro in both items. The only thing that had flavor was the sour cream, which was highly disappointing! Was a definite let down with not only the food taste but lack of basic customer service! Also, only had 30 minute break so was unable to go back. So sad.

It was disgusting. Something just tasted off in both meals, just not as it should taste. I splurged for the guac which was brown and flavorless and the chips were burnt. I just got back to America from a trip and decided it would be my first meal back and that was a mistake, it was awful.

Just a heads up that there might be a language barrier between customers & staff. I asked the employee for light pico, & received a big spoonful. I asked for her to take some off, & she then tried to put a HEAPING spoonful of pico on my burrito. I told her never mind, I’ll do it lol. I got met with some attitude after that but they’ll be okay. The food here always tastes good!!

These employees need more training or something, came in tonight for a Salad and the kid behind the counter just looked at me. I said I want a salad, and he just looked at me again, so I said the salad on the bottom? And he put the regular lettuce on the bottom. There’s a review from yesterday I see that says the exact same thing. Like do y’all not have salad here or does nobody know what it is? If I wanted lettuce I’d just get a regular bowl. The chips are also stale as hell but soggy at the same time. It’s weird. This was a weird experience.

Came here tonight and waited about 8 minutes before anyone even said hello. there was no customers in the store, just me. Already off to a bad start! The person who made my bowl was giving such little portions and considering i used to work for chipotle, making an order like that is insane! I had to ask for extra on everything that got put into my bowl! When i got home and opened my order, i got the barbacoa, the entire portion of meat was FAT. INEDIBLE AND DISGUSTING!!
