Waited in line for 20 minutes. Ordered a grilled cheese. That’s it had to repeat the order 4 times and I get to the window the lady says just a grilled cheese. I say yes ma’am and she proceeded to give me a hamburger no cheese. I told her I’m sorry I ordered a grilled cheese and she was like yeah and closed the window. Apparently employees don’t know their menu items she charged my card for a cheese burger. Not a grilled cheese and proceeded to say the burger was in fact a grill cheese. I recommend training employees properly before letting them take orders alone.

The food apparently tastes well until I found a long hair.that was soo disgusting.

And the worst part is, I try to call to complain.And apparently they continue to hang up the phone.I don’t know what kind of management is running this store , i could deal with burn food or I may not like the flavor or something, but to literally fine human hair is too disgusting.
If any of you are good experience with this food with more power to you. But myself personally.
There is no way I’ll be returning to this fast food the funny part is it, the cashier, they’re ring me up was very nice and professional.

Deleted a 2 year review for another 1 star. Ordered a double cheeseburger combo, single cheeseburger combo, and foot long coney. Had to go back to the window since both burgers were served so cold they didn’t even melt the cheese, and the coney was torn badly to the point it was just a tray of ingredients falling apart. The employee replaced the burgers, to his credit, he was decently polite. Left without the coney issue being fixed because we were just irritated by that point. 2nd bad review I’ve have had of this establishment in the last few years. Left 1 extra star in service just because of that one employee.

I pulled into the kiosk, ordered a large strawberry limeade and medium chocolate chip cookie dough shake. They didn’t say anything when I ordered the drinks, so i payed as usual which went fine. When our drinks came out I get my milkshake but the server/waiter tells me that their sprite isn’t working properly and asked if i wanted anything else, so I just got a sweet tea. We start to leave, there’s NO sugar at all in the tea, it tasted pretty much like straight water, not even tea, we literally had to just dump it right after leaving so a WASTE OF MONEY!! THEN i go to eat my, what was supposed to be, cookie dough milkshake (that they didn’t even give me a spoon for), for there to be not a single piece of cookie dough even in it!!! So pretty much just straight wasted money at this location, & had to spend double what I was expecting because we went to another sonic in florence to get what I’d asked for. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I wasn’t even able to call the number posted on the website to ask for the refund I wanted for the items I couldn’t even consume!!!!!

The food has gotten worse every time my family has ate there lately. Sonic use to be my favorite place to eat but if I’m going to spend over $30 on my order I expect the food to at least be decent. The burger I got today was so greasy you could squeeze the grease out of it and the fries and pop corn chicken tasted like they were cooked in day old grease. Definitely lost my service for a while…

Mozzarella sticks weren’t fresh. Oreo blast was on point. I’m mad they gave me one marinara sauce for a 8pc mozzarella sticks. The strawberry cheesecake shake was runny. Not much of a shake. More like strawberry cheesecake milk. Some employees move with a sense of urgency and some don’t.

I must say Sonic was awful today! My children and I went to the location on South Irby Street in Florence Sc. Let’s just say my daughter’s meal was hard has a BRICK!!!! I called several times to talk to a manager no answer. So I call the restaurant across town and a manager answered the phone . When food has been under the light or sitting out all day. Please do not serve that to your customers. I don’t mind paying for my food but when it’s like this I have an issue.

They know what they are doing here. Not to bash W palmetto but Irby runs things around here and are excellent all around at everything. Never received any of our food cold or incorrect. Always great attitudes and professionalism during my experiences.

Service is terrible, they will make you wait and wait hopeful you will just leave. You can’t get ice cream, the machine is magically down because they have taken it apart to clean it. Ordered a coney with onions, yep they came outside and said we dont have any onions for that footlong. What do you have? No customer service, no, fruit in the cherry limeade. Who’s in charge of this place? I’d be mad if my store was running like this. Guess ill find a different sonic for now on.
