The young girl that waited on me was very sweet. She’s the reason I didn’t do a one star review.
They don’t accept Moe’s gift cards at this location. It would be nice to know before I ordered. A neatly typed note on the door or counter would be good idea, informing customers.
The Chillicothe Moe’s shouldn’t be serving food in this disgusting restaurant. It is by far, the dirtiest Moe’s that I’ve ever been to. I don’t believe it’s gonna be around much longer, because the lack of care. It’s SO dirty,(I took a picture, but it won’t let me attatch it) ripped seats, both quality and quantity is lacking, and they were out of food choices. The workers normally aren’t very welcoming, this visit was an exception.
I don’t understand how you can work so hard for a business only to allow it to be destroyed. Set your standards higher!! I would think that “MOE’S” would put the hammer down and straighten them up.
The health department must give them a notice before they come to visit, if they visit at all. Otherwise they would most likely be shut down.
I will not be returning to this location, which stinks, because I LOVE Moe’s!

First time trying Moe’s Tonight Great to see at Truck Stop. Way better than its competitors from my taste of view flavors of food are perfect, not overwhelming as compared to competitors.
I Would like to see more of these at more PILOT / Flying J locations. Around the USA

It’s also a more healthier alternative for us truckers instead of fast food.

Poor management. Manager was completely disengaged, and staff was only reactive, not proactive. Took forever to get anything done. They also didn’t have the stack, which is my favorite, and they were out of half of everything. I got a burrito instead, but they but jalapeños in it, which I did not want! Oww! Their salsa bar wasn’t properly stocked either. I couldn’t get salsa for my chips. They gave me pico, but it was not an acceptable replacement for salsa. I love Moe’s, but I don’t want to come back to this one.u

Restaurant is an absolute mess. Everything behind the counter is an absolute mess. They’re out of cilantro half the stuff in the containers. Looks like it’s been there all day. The lobby is tore up drink machines don’t even work unless you pull them back out to stop and the staff is not friendly or organized. They don’t listen to people’s orders and put stuff on there. They don’t want. Very disappointing used to be a great place to stop. I think we could definitely use some new management.

Not sure how every time I try a Moe’s again it’s a continuous disappointment. Different locations. This particular instance, out of ground beef, out of half the sauces, had to repeat myself multiple times, and finally when I got to the register I don’t see any queso for the chips so I mention it. Get told to tell the other person. I already had. Had to do it again. I ask about salsa. Get told it’s “over there”. Okay. I pay, get my food, walk “over there” to see the only thing that isn’t completely empty is verde. 17 dollars for a badly wrapped burrito and some queso. That’s it for Moe’s. No more.

Past three times I’ve came here they have been out of steak and most of everything else too! Portions have only got smaller. Definitely not worth the price. Save your time and go to chipotle!

The Moe’s brand doesn’t get as much attn where similarities lies in food nd service elsewhere, imo. However, each time that I’ve gone to Moe’s, my salad bowl has been good, though I’ve visited less than ten times, more than five. This store firmly held up my sentiment regarding the food choice as well. Service was up to par nd I thoroughly enjoyed my food, “edgy veggie”

I had very Bad experience here at this place. As a Truck driver who knows most Truck Stops in US this place was the worst experience I ever had. The Place called “ Moes” inside the Truck Stops looks inviting at first glance but when I ordered the Breakfast Burrito the Lady which was serving me was Rude and she didn’t know what she was doing on top of that she over charged me for the sandwich !…..I was very upset because she made me look like a fool and I generally don’t complain about things like that. I was very Hungry but the charge that was there was not inside my sandwich. So they charged me for ingredients on this breakfast that was not even inside my sandwich ! I decided to get my Money back
And never get back here ,….ever again !….

Staff was great except for the female blonde manager actually freaking out at one of the workers over cheese. Can tell she’s popular there and that this place has a high turnover, would be 5 stars but she needs to be trained for management again and learn to not be hostile with coworkers over little things

Edited Dec 2025- so I’ve been back here twice to get food for someone else in my family ,and both times they attempted to overcharge me by adding queso to my bowl at the register when checking out, and I never got any queso or additional anything on my bowl. Is management just telling people to do this or something?? Try to sneak in a little extra $$? because that’s twice in a row. Actually 3 times if I take into account my previous review where they overcharged me for “double meat” when all I got was a regular portion split between chk and beef . Unacceptable. If you go here, make sure you WATCH the register as they’re ringing you up to make sure they don’t add additional things to your bill by “mistake”!!

I know it was from moes because thats ALL i had to eat yesterday.
The ground beef did look old but silly me trusted the restaurant.big mistake.
