everything was dirty and I waited for 40 minutes for one order when there were only two other people in the lobby. Guy next to me said he had been waiting even longer on a smaller order. not only that, the tables were basically all dirty so there was nowhere to sit while waiting. Crazy

The chips and cheese was terrible so salty the chips had atleast half a teaspoon of salt on each chip honestly maybe more it was a mouth full couldn’t even taste the chip. And a regular hard taco barely any meat smh!

Where do you find your employees? Are they trained? Does anyone care? 30 minuets in a drive thru is crazy. Still waiting as I write this arrived at 8:50 because another taco place was closing soon and man it’s 9:20 now, should have went to the other place.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Taco Bell. I waited over 1 hour and 20 minutes for my order, which is completely unacceptable. The service is extremely slow every time, and the staff seem uninterested and not in a hurry at all.
I have never received an order on time from this location. If you value your time, do NOT come here and do not place online orders from this store. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Like other reviews on here, I also had very poor service tonight. The same girl working the drive-thru asked me to repeat my order several times when I just ordered one box. She kept saying she couldn’t hear to every car in line when people were speaking loud enough to hear. On top of the poor service, they said they were out of 2 different flavored sodas asked for (i later saw the car in front of me get 1 they were supposedly out of). We waited 10 minutes for 1 box. The actual food was disgusting and barely had any filling. Parts of the chicken were burnt and the nacho cheese shell was stale and old. Being pregnant, I definitely do not appreciate this and won’t be back. I hope I dont get sick or food poisoning from the gross tasting and looking food I was served That’s really dangerous for a pregnant woman.

Went In this morning for breakfast had to wait and asinine amount of time for my breakfast while other people drive-through got their breakfast employees too busy talking about getting gift cards from management received. My order order was incorrect missing crunch wrap, supreme with sausage, egg and cheese. my burrito had tomatoes on it, which I asked for No tomatoes my hashbrowns were stuck to the bag and therefore ripped when trying to remove them worst breakfast experience ever I couldn’t go back to have them fix it manager did not seem to care

When I say this place had the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten, I’m not joking! My cheese quesadilla was paper thin with barely any cheese and mostly burnt flour tortilla wrapper, the 5 layer burrito the same thing, barely any ingredients and all wrapper…we paid over $24 for flour wrapper and watered down soda!! The employees were friendly and the actual Taco Bell was like every other one you step into, but the quality control of the food…thumbs down!

This place is honestly a joke, everything when we got home was wrong and half fast when there was literally no one there. Ordered a new double stack taco only had beef and cheese no lettuce or any strips. Chicken Quesadilla had nothing in it just tortilla for 6 dollars! You can tell that they just don’t care nothing is done correct it’s like a joke!
