I am staying at the Hilton Home2 Suites in the same plaza as this Panera Bread.
Wasn’t sure if I would be able to eat here because I have my pup with me but took the chance and called the manger was able to help and sent out a customer service enthusiast named July who was GREAT help.
He brought me and my pup at water and took my order, he was very knowledgeable on the menu! It was a quick, hassle free experience!! Highly recommended!!

I tried one of their new spicy steak sandwich and salad pick 2. Now I don’t know what made me order the spicy steak… because I don’t care too much for spicy food, but the steak was calling me The sandwich was soooo good and just enough kick to say mmmm mmmm. I love hot Panera comes up with different sandwiches…although I’m missing my Sierra Turkey

Overall, the visit was decent. The food was good, as is expected from Panera. The service was adequate, and there were no complaints there.
I could not give a 5-star review because of the little things.
The glass doors were dirty, and small trash was all over the lobby area floor. The trash receptacles were top heavy with dirty dishes bused by customers. It was like the lobby had been forgotten.
Free WiFi was apparently working well as there were individuals and small groups of customers using it.
The customer service person knew nothing that was gluten-free and suggested I place the order on kiosk.

I have visited a nmber of Panera Bread restaurants in Florida and Louisiana. I may be partial but feel this is the best one I have visited. The pastries are fresh, the coffee is hot, all of the “fixins” for the coffee are out and plentiful. The restaurant is VERY clean and always neat and orderly. Chairs are in the right place, tables are always clean and the staff is always right there to help with menu suggestions and to assist with any issue you may have.
I highly recommend this place for sandwiches, soup, coffee, teas, iced coffee and fountain drinks. Don’t forget the Sip Club for unlimited coffee, tea and fountain drinks!!

Pesto chicken dipper with tomato soup was delicious.
Chicken bacon ranch sandwich was also very good.
Ordering was easy and convenient.
Restaurant didn’t look very clean and there were shady people hanging around but it was still a pleasant experience.

The woman general manager that you people have at that store is terrible. She has absolutely no people skills whatsoever. I stood there for 10 minutes before she acknowledged me and then she told me she was working on my order, but there was four other orders that were produced before mine was even brought up 25 minutes late to my customer. This was a delivery order that was late by the time I got it to my customer was 30 minutes. Unacceptable.

It’s a good Panera , family high school kids…nice outdoor patio and atmosphere inside is better than others in area.. but in Florida I haven’t found good Panera‘s like up north or in my travels..
or it’s changed over the years especially since Covid this one has a nicer atmosphere but it gets pretty packed with the high school nearby and the service is just mediocre and the food is not like it used to be especially when I lived in California years ago…

I’ve been coming to this place for years but very infrequently because either the food is thrown together like the cook is blind, or it’s just not what I ordered. Today I came in for one simple thing, a sausage, EGG and cheese sandwich. After waiting what seemed like an eternity, but was about 10 minutes, and after the older lady coming back to ask me twice what I ordered, I got a sausage and cheese sandwich, miasing the egg, and that looks like it had been run over by an 18-wheeler and half of the sausage and cheese was halfway on part of the sandwich the other half was stuck the wrapper and all the crazy stupid stickers they put all over everything. I know they have to move things fast but how hard can it be to make a simple sandwich correctly?Apparently pretty hard.
