Literally the worst McDonald’s i have been coming to. They’ve become so stingy. First they serve their premium coffees in a medium size cup. When asked why they say that is their “large”. Anywhere else, i get a bigger size cup. Also when you ask for light ice, they fill the medium size cup about an inch bellow with a bunch of ice.
Also if you ask for hot sauce now, theyll limit it to 2 little packs while not even asking for anymore condiments such as ketchup and their other sauces.

Friendly staff. Nice clean large restaurant. Ordering was easy on one of their many self serve kiosks although some of them was out of order. Had to wait a little for my order. Delivery at table was not offered even though the tables have numbers and their self serve kiosk offered it but the table number was not accepted. Food tasted fine and for some reason I got an extra beef patty. For some reason they packed my order for delivery. Their bathrooms are not public. You have to ask the staff to buzz you in in to the bathrooms.

I order then asked for the restroom boy was I in for a nasty smell bom! I wanted to vomit!!! It took my appetite away they have a nasty smell I thjnk is coming from an out of order sink attaching pictures and on top no soap, gross!! I don’t recomend this place its awful just think no soap and employees going in and out not able to wash their hands…this place shoulf closed until this matter is taken care off cause the smell is so strong that lingers around the dining restaurant! Not happy at all Give them a 1 star cause at least the service of taking an order is promptly. That is until you signal to them that your in line waitting to place an order. I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND simply said oh ,,,no soap, she then send someone.to place soap.

I placed my food order at the kiosk, but while I waited for assistance, the male employee appeared to be avoiding me. I reordered and paid myself. Upon returning home, I discovered that a Monopoly game piece was missing. It would be beneficial for him to double-check or improve his performance, rather than creating the impression of working diligently solely because his supervisor is present.Employee are racist to Asian, acting two face. Trash talking in Spanish. Have to respect others ethnicity. Unprofessional have a bad attitude.
The employee was too busy gossiping with her coworker to acknowledge my gratitude. She shouldn’t be allowed to continue this behavior. The manager needs to address all employees about refraining from gossiping with coworkers in Spanish.

Employee extremely unprofessional and her poor attitude were unhelpful. She didn’t acknowledge my gratitude when I thanked her because she didn’t respond. She only responded to individuals who communicated in Spanish.

I ordered fries with 8 packets of ketchup, but they weren’t in my order when I got home. It seems like employees are treating people of their own race better than me, and they’re always rude to me.

I believe she is either the manager or supervisor and is being unprofessional by neglecting her job responsibilities. Her demeanor appears uncooperative. What action might an employee in a hurry take? She seems to spend most of her time standing and discussing customers in an unprofessional manner.

This was hands down the most chaotic McDonald’s drive-thru I’ve ever encountered. Cars were coming from both directions, creating a full-blown traffic jam with no clear system in place. I’m not from the area, but judging by the setup, this seems like a daily headache. Management really needs to rethink the layout or add some traffic control—because right now, it’s a mess.

The employees trick the system just to get their data good to their superior and in reality makes you wait up to 20 minutes for delivers that customer pays 2 ore 3 $ i dont recomend to drivers get delivers from here.

Cashier messed up my order, crispy chicken sandwich was dry, fries were not crispy as well, it tasted like it was left there for an hour. Oh, the McDoubles only had one patty in them LOL! What’s the double in that burger then? Today was not a great day in my opinion. Make sure to double check your RECEIPT! Please do a better job next time, but the manager was kind though! Got a refund with my messed up order.
