We are local, we used this location often. The utter disrespect and lack for customer service is wild. I don’t do reviews but this is nuts. We ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, all we had were just beef pattys. We also ordered a double cheeseburger and all we got were bread and cheese. No help when calling.

I love the workers here but they are always messing up my order. Usually it’s no sauce on my bagel but today I ordered a large quarter pounder meal with dehydrated onions instead of slivered. I got a double quarter slivered onions, large meal received large drink but medium fries.

We frequent this store quite frequently but I won’t be back. Had a quarter pounder deluxe, about half way through I found hair in it. I showed it to a worker and she offered 1) remake 2) refund 3) dessert. The VERY NEXT DAY I ordered egg McMuffin meal. There were large pieces of shell in the egg and the haabrowns were dripping in oil and so overcooked they were almost hard. I had gotten it to go and was well down the road before noticing so I couldn’t return it.

Every time I go thru the drive-thru my order is wrong. They are fast which is nice! But put a few extra seconds into double checking the order before handing it out. Seriously should be paying us every time we have to come back in for items missing.

Very disappointed. Only one of the employees spoke English. We waited for 15 minutes for two Cokes and two hot fudge sundaes. Four employees just standing at the front visiting with someone in Spanish.

Food is made fresh, enthusiastic staff at drive-through. ‘Definitely a reason there’s always a long line at drive through, high demand! 🙂 This is a very good Mickie D’s.

I went through the drive thru this am and ordered a steak bagel combo NO EGG. IT CAME OUT WITH NO CHEESE. I pulled around and went inside. They t ook the sandwich removed the egg and still no cheese.! I had to wait in the drive thru and then they fixed half assed. None of the toppings were present.

Absolute worst McDonald’s around. Went in at 4pm, every table dirty. Had to order at the kiosk workers refused to go to counter. Had to yell hello several times to get one of them to turn around for a refill. Then a drive thru worker was mocking me, parroting me saying “hello, hello” to get one of them to turn around.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the pastry chef on shift tonight. I ordered a 12 cookie box via DoorDash and I tell you, these lil puppies were cooked to a perfect al dente . So damn good, I polished off the box by myself…completely sober. Bravo
