I don’t know who took over running this location but kudos to them! You are greeted with warmth and sincerity, your order verified and accurate and the face to face interactions beat those of a sit down restaurant anymore. The burritos have been hot and fresh. So hot, I haven’t been able to eat them right away! Not a terrible problem at all! Keep up the amazing job guys! It is noticed and appreciated.

It’s become not worth it to eat here. The amount you get for paying for “extra” is the same as anyone else normally gets. They pile the chile in the middle and tell you you got “extra” but the pictures speak for themselves. (You have to check it in front of the manager before you leave otherwise you’re accused of lying.) I’ve slowly decreases working here since the older gentleman stopped working here. This was my favorite place to eat but now I only go in a pinch. Always clean inside. It’s just less and less food every time. And when you complain, the manager complains you’re complaining and tries to gaslight you. If this is extra potatoes, the original comes with 0. And I know that isn’t the case because when they don’t remember to put extra potatoes on the ticket, I get the same amount of food.
This has happened every, single time for a year.
Corporate is clearly happy, manager is clearly doing what they’re told, and this is just how things are.

So, so incredibly sick and tired of Twisters not listening to you when you order food from them. I crystal clearly, multiple times asked for fries on the side. WE DO NOT LIKE THE FRIES ON THE TWISTERS BURRITO. I asked nicely for the Regular Twisters burrito, fries on the side, and xmas chile. He then proceeded to ask me what size burrito after I just said REGULAR TWISTERS BURRITO. Then, I repeated my order for the Regular Twisters Burrito with fries on the side, xmas chile. I get home and my girlfriend opens the bag and finds her burrito smothered with fries… Something she hates with a passion. So she gets EXTREMELY angry and I have to spend a full 10 minutes trying my best to remove each and every soggy disgusting French fry from her burrito. This place used to be such a great place for fast food back in the 80’s and 90’s. Now not so much. And I ordered the chicken sandwich only because I was expecting to have a box of fries on the side, so not only was her meal ruined, so was mine…

We had fish and chips, burritos, and something else.
Fish was very crispy and very fresh. I didn’t like ai much the abuse fish came with. It was too vinegary.
Burrito tasted great too.
Place was very clean.
It was my first at Twisters Burgers ever.
We were on a road trip.

I specifically seek out this particular Twisters because the service is so great. I usually drive through in the morning on a specific day of the week and get the same breakfast burrito. Every time I go, the people are so friendly, my order is correct and my burrito is practically waiting for me by the time I drive around. I’ve even stopped by on a Saturday morning about 5:30am and the lady working the drive through was a sweetheart and put a smile on my face for the whole day! Thank y’all for the great service and great food!

As a non local I was excited to try it and I like it . It was affordable too, did I had better burritos, yes, but they also cost twice, some even 3x, so I was happy to try this, good flavor and affordable.
