Very friendly staff and consistently good service. It gets extremely busy before and after work hours, which is understandable given the location at a major intersection. If you’re stopping by during peak times, just bring a little patience and you’ll be fine.

Your food will come out cold. They will tell you the codes for the app don’t work no matter what day or code you try to use. Dismissive and unhelpful staff. You’re better off trying any other location of McDonald’s in the area tbh

Very clean eating areas. Whopper Jr is amazing and fresh, thank you! Ladies had some attitude and the bathrooms are now locked. One must be buzzed in which I can only assume is based off the crime rate in the area.

Always friendly and fast service. My only issue is sometimes I order cookies, they ask me to wait bc they are cooking. When I get my 3 pack, 2 are fresh baked and 1 is old and cold. If you make a customer wait for fresh cookies have the courtesy to give all fresh cookies! I appreciate being asked if I want whip cream on my shake also, so thank you. Usually pretty clean, though I rarely go in. Drive-thru is a double , and pretty quick even at rush hour.

I purchased a 60$ order and everything was undercooked! This is the second time and I stated! Make sure the meals were cooked well done! To make matters worse I didn’t realize until I was already half way done! The center of the berger meat was pink showing blood! Then all fries were saugy no crisp! Not even Hot!

My order had two single quarter pounders two McChickens and fries. Everything was ok except for the quarter pounders they both were under cooked. By 5he time I realized I had taken a couple bites out of one and even those bites messed my stomach up. Unless you want to waste your money there’s other McDonald’s you should go to in Bridgeport.

I ordered a Cheeseburger and when I bit into my burger the burger was cold and in response I politely asked to have a new one I had only took a bite and I was treated poorly because the worker at the front responded by saying I couldn’t get a new one even after approaching very kindly I just feel like this needs to be addressed as customer service like this is unacceptable.
