I am very disappointed, I ordered online 6 chicken sandwiches along with other items and when I got there I was told they were all out of the chicken sandwiches , so they offered me bacon burgers (wch I had to wait for them to make while my other food sat on the counter getting cold) and when I received them this is what I got very sad the quality of Jack in the box has sure gone down not even no cheese & When I called to let them know how disappointed I was I was told “Call Walter , he’ll be here at 8AM” just horrible.Mind you while waiting for my food to be done I witnessed the lady at the drive thru was huffing and puffing each and Everytime a new car wen thru the drive thru very unprofessional on her end.

I recently ordered a large #11 and chicken nuggets from your establishment. Unfortunately, I did not receive a receipt with my initial order and upon reaching home, I discovered that I was provided with a small fries instead of the large one I ordered. Despite returning to address the issue, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience caused. Moreover, upon closer inspection, the fries and my son’s nuggets appeared to be old. This experience has left me quite disappointed, and regrettably, I have decided not to return to this location in the future.

All I gotta say is that if you want to go here around 12am just don’t more than likely your going to run into a lazy employee named(Armando) that will come up with an excuse not to work the excuses that have been repeated to me every time are (the kitchen is down we won’t be serving any food for another 20 minutes) (we are currently takeing cash only no card) (our systems are currently down we can’t take any orders) and this consistently happens when he’s the only one on the clock and when you ask to speak to a manager he says I am the manager he should honestly quit his job and leave it for somebody that wants to work

Jack is always good. Well at least it used to be. I went to Jack in the Box the other night. I chose to walk in and order. The cashier Trinity was rude and had poor customers service. Trinity acted like she did not want to serve customers or even be there. Oh and my order looked like it was just thrown into the bag. If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on the customers and quit.

I yes left the tha store is very discussing very on safe food to eat tha is my $30 dinner I don’t know how employees alow food to go out like this I take this very personal my food was green mold eggs we shells my family was going take bites of tha food they said taste funny I opened discussing I hope manager take this very seriously because bacteria, virus and food poison is very sick and very dangerous look at tha pictures and video I trow away my dinner my money they I work all day to tha garbage.

This location was our favorite location until the workers decided to have conversations with each other laughing and messing around instead of taking our orders. The food also does not taste the same the last couple of weeks. I’ve also noticed the manager is not around when this is going on. Do better jack in the box we’ve become regulars and are close to not coming to this location any more. Conveniently the girl taking the orders also never wears her name badge to be able to complain about her and the other workers slacking off. Do better dinner crew.
