I am a frequent customer at this location and have always had an overwhelmingly positive experience; today I visited on halloween night, and I was throughly impressed not only with the good quality and customer service, but also the cleanliness of the restaurant and the clear signs that this location is well taken care of. Most of all, as I waited in the drive thru (that went spectacularly fast despite the holiday) I noticed that the employee mopping the lobby was just doing such a fantastic job; even though it’s a holiday and the staff are insulated with orders, I couldn’t help but notice the thoroughness and attentional to detail that Matthew provided cleaning the lobby. I only was able to get his name, but if management sees this, consider promoting him; I know I only saw a few minutes but his work ethic and carefulness is not something that should be taken for granted

I just came in and watched everyone through the drive through order and get their food fine, but for some reason my food isn’t done until 10min after it was already supposed to be ready. This happens constantly here. Literally every single time I order. Except this time it was really cool spending your last $15 on food for the next two day. Having to leave without food and it taking days for money to go back into your account. Just so you don’t miss the bus home (which they couldn’t care less about). Really awesome.

crunch wrap supreme was clearly old, it was cold, and the “crunch” tortilla inside it had been there long enough to become soggy.

Ordered on the computers up front. Clean seating area. Employees weren’t the friendliest and had to ask for a drink they forgot but not a huge deal. Food tasted good and was made correctly. We’d come back again.

They can’t read instructions let alone help a customer. They all stand there, talking amongst themselves for service and still managed to mess up your order. ♀️

Location is at a convenience location. Place was not clean at all. No stars for customer service which was no where to be found.
A previous customer had came back in as he mentioned part of his order was missing after waiting for someone to come back to the front.
