We’ve been coming to this location for about 2 months, we love that you are open late as those are the hours we are there. The hospitality is outstanding! The cooks do an amazing job, my partner likes crispy bacon and Eric,the cook, nails our order every time! ( Justin is great too!) Huge shout out to the night time crew that makes us feel like family.

Me and my girlfriend had went here to eat the other night, as the waiter asked us where we wanted to eat my girlfriend had said a nice private booth. As he shows us which booth we were getting seated at. The table had lettuce and wet cup stains . Obvious signs of the table not being cleaned. He came back to take our orders. And she had asked him to please clean our table. After that we get the menu. Well as we are figuring out what we want. We can hear the employees in the kitchen arguing about our table still in the need of a order. I think he wasnt trying to come back out and take our order after we asked for him to clean our table. So then anyway my girlfriend orders and we share… Once we were all done eating we get the rest of our stuff to go. As we went to cash register we notice that the bill is way overpriced for the food that we had purchased. So then they needed to fix our bill before paying and leaving. I feel like from the poor social skills and lack of customer service that they were offering us, that we shouldn’t have paid anything for there service. I will not be returning here for further service…

Idk how they are training their employees, but the kid (he looked like he was 15) that was running the front, didn’t know what he was doing. We ordered to go, but the child running the counter didn’t know how to ring up our order and it took 7 minutes before he decided to get help. We were in a time restraint and those extra minutes were stressful. The food was fine. They got my order right, so that’s a plus.

Haven’t been to Perkins in years. We arrived and were seated. We were asked beverage choices and beverages brought. Then, we sat and sat and sat. We watched the person who seated us and another person tend to tables around us and said nothing to us. We left. We went across the road to Fork and Knife for the first time, and it was fantastic all around.

Disappointed. I ordered 4 pies. I placed the order a few days ahead of time and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for one pie to be completed only to see that the pie I had to wait for was just messed up. ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

I want to give a huge shout out to the manager! Shes so very sweet and works her butt off every time we stop in. A few months back my card kept getting declined and I was a total wreck because being a single mom and it declining was so embarrassing. She even sat with me while I called my bank, but morale of the story, she paid for us. And now its because of her being so kind, we come back to see her! I really wish there were more people like her in this world!

Perkins is a great restaurant. Every year I look forward to a pumpkin muffin. I called ahead today and ordered 8 pumpkin muffins to take to work with me and to share with my family because they are my favorite. I got there and was super disappointed when I saw the muffins. They stopped frosting the whole muffin and did not put the sugar crystals on top. The muffin still tasted good but it wasn’t the same and I was kind of embarrassed to bring them to work because I was talking them up and they now look pathetic. Please frost the whole muffin and add the sugar crystals. Sometimes a good muffin can make someone’s day!
