Went to Hardee’s this morning 8-11-2025. I ordered two frisco breakfast sandwiches with only egg and cheese. The bread was soggy and not even cooked. Why do I deal with this DAMN STORE. Bad service bad cooks that don’t care ALWAYS THIS LOCATION. They keep the doors locked now so I really and truly will not go to this store EVER!!!! Again

Food was good and hot. They dont serve the dukes gold BBQ sauce anymore but its on the sign. Tried to get service but the server was on her phone at the front counter. The district manager was on the phone walking back and forth in front of her. Only one worker asked me if I needed someone thing.

I told the gentleman at the drive thru three times what i wanted and he was not nice! Then he told me to pull up to a parking spot and when he finally gave me the food it was awful and not what I ordered!! Awful service and food!!! I told him three times that I only wanted chilli!! I stopped here because it was convenient. My 11 year old niece was very skeptical and asked “is this the best option?” As we went in and approached the counter to order she commented on the dirty and worn-out rug, dirty floor, and yucky soda fountain. They advertise breakfast until noon so we got a Frisco breakfast sandwich combo and the hand battered chicken biscuit. We had the pick of several tables, not the cleanest place, sat down and said grace. Gotta be covered from “all hurt harm and danger.” My Frisco was missing the egg and looked NOTHING like the picture on the menu. I went up to the counter to let them know, and she seemed a bit disturbed that i wanted my egg. My niece initially focused on the potato rouunds (which were good) and did not open her biscuit right away. But when she did it was a total mess. The chicken looked NOTHING like the picture and was dried up. She was gonna fight thru it,but I took it back and asked for a sausage biscuit. Assuming the cashier would give me an equivalent sandwich ( ie $4 sausage & egg) to account for the loss of the raggedy handbreaded chicken buscuit ($4.50+/-). Wrong. She just gave me a raggedy sausage biscuit. Then half-way acted like she did not want to give me a bag to go. Needless to say, I don’t plan to come back to this joint. See the pics.

I hate to complain but too many times that I go to this Hardee’s, and I don’t go often anymore, the order is wrong. If you make a simple change, you can be sure it will be wrong. The breakfast burritos can be really good if they make it correctly. I have a feeling that the franchise owner doesn’t pay the employees enough.

I stopped here this morning with my son and a lady named Candy took my order. She was the sweetest lady, very personable and charismatic. She took the time to understand what my son was saying because he is grown and orders his own food lol. Overall, it was just a good experience and it is nice when you have good customer service

Went there today order one cheese burger young lady told me to pull up waiting 30 minutes outside finally went inside to ask for my money back. She asked me for what I told her for my cheeseburger. She act like she forgot that I ordered one and then gave me a old hamburger. Terrible customer service. Terrible food, terrible store

Ordered breakfast a couple of times to be delivered from Postmates. Food and coffee are always HOT and fresh when I receive it. They always give me lots of cream and sugar for my coffee. The biscuits are so fresh they start to fall apart in my hands!! Love the ice coffee. Absolutely outstanding hash browns today because they were cooked in FRESH grease!!!! Outstanding and thank you for caring about the quality you serve. UPDATE 9/21/24 BLT Frisco Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich was delicious! I loved the fresh big thick chicken and fresh lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Fresh veggies made this sandwich! Now the Hardee’s Original Bag Ham sandwich and double cheeseburger we’re old and dry. Double cheeseburger was missing mustard, ketchup and onion! I just got a plain BURNED, hard and old burger with cheese. Also both of these sandwiches were extremely small!! Not a good deal at all!! Cherry Coke tasted like Dr. Pepper nasty!!! UPDATE 11/26/24 My Candied Bacon Frisco and Big Hot Ham and Cheese were amazing!!! The piled high candied bacon really puts that Frisco over the top making it sweet and savory❤️ They were also both wrapped in foil and delivered still warm❤️❤️❤️ I also ordered a Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit but received an egg and cheese biscuit with no refund allowed, as usual, by Uber for getting the wrong sandwich

Stopped here for a quick bite. I ordered a Superstar regular meal. Got what I ordered but was charged for a medium sized meal. I got robbed by Hardee’s. Just another reason why I hate eating at fast food joints. Wasn’t my first choice for sure but I didn’t have 30 minutes to wait for a table. I think next time I’ll wait.
